Lambert's Southern Pies & Bake Shop Cafe

This place is... AMAZING! The people are so sweet. The shop is adorable. The treats are amazing and priced so well. The portions are great, too. We tried a handful of treats and everything was a solid 10/10. I highly recommend them! The photo is the pumpkin pie cheesecake, I did smush it a bit so sorry about that. The portion is huge. I'm not normal a pumpkin person but it was so good. It wasn't overly spiced and it wasn't aggressively cinnamony. Highly recommend it.

Finally got the opportunity to stop in at Lambert's Southern Pie Shop. Now I wish I did this a lot sooner. It's a tiny shop in downtown Maryville, but big things come in small packages. The staff is super sweet. It's like being at your grandma's house with several grandma's. I got a piece of banana pudding pie that was to die for. It was over the top good. Vanilla wafers crust, fresh bananas, sweet custard like pudding and decadent whip cream. It was like a religious experience. I also got a pecan pie brownie that was equally good. A rich fudgy brownie with the inside of a pecan pie on top. It was absolutely brilliant. They have tons of different pies that you can buy whole or by the slice. I suggest a whole pie because once you taste it you're gonna want more. I cant recommend this place enough. They also serve lunch. I got to try the fried bologna sandwich. I'll be going back for lunch and more pie.

Good... oh you want more. Ok. It's a bakery that serves soups and sandwiches. The pies are tasty and you get generous slices. The sandwiches are stuffed full and they make it your way. That's always a plus. Pros: Pies!!, friendly staff, cute atmosphere Cons: Limited seating, limited parking

This place is amazingly delicious and awesome atmosphere!!! Extremely friendly, clean, fast, friendly and down to earth. Great food and baked goods!!! Definitely will be going back!!! P.S. the tomato pie is a must have! Will be looking into baking classes

One of my favorite places in Maryville! The desserts, the sandwiches, and the pies are incredible!! The people are truly what make this place so special! The owners are so sweet and the staff is amazing!! You won't be disappointed! Support this amazing small business!

I've seen my friends post about this place, started following them on Facebook and their post's made me hungry. Finally had the chance to try Lambert's for myself and was blown away!! Great food, great service, very clean. I will definitely be back to try more. But I can tell you, the oatmeal cream cookie, "Lawd have mercy!" It's good!

Amazing food. From the spaghetti, grilled pimento cheese and bacon sandwich, chicken pot pie, to the peanut butter pie, banana pudding cream pie, oatmeal cream pies. Lamberts is truly a downtown Maryville treasure. Charlie and Angie have done amazing with the bakery.

A little disappointed. Went there and they had no sandwiches and very few sweets available. They have this huge kitchen but said that they couldn’t make me a sandwich. I’ll give it one more try

So far I’ve tried their cookies and BLT biscuit and I can’t wait to try other things. Beautiful little shop with friendly staff! I’ll be coming here a lot more.

We went in for lunch not realizing they were primarily a bakery. We had their club sandwich which was served with chips and a pickle. The bread in the sandwich was very fresh lightly toasted and the sandwiches were great. If they had a soup of the day to go with their sandwich it would be even better. We then tried the Pecan pie with coffee for $6 and it was also very good. The atmosphere is nice and the people behind the counter were friendly, we will be back.
