They did a great job on the paint and dent repair. However, they left black greasy hand prints on the door and visor. I was told the calibration was complete, but drove 30 miles before it registered as complete.  Update: we  were quoted $1100 to fix the dent. The final bill was $2300+. I had my bumper and windshield repaired and the whole process and staff were amazing! I got text updates every other day and when I picked my car up I was pleasantly surprised that they had detailed it as well!! Will definitely use LaMettrys again!Services:&nbsp;Auto windshield repair

Quick service, got me in next day and got the windshield replaced quickly. They did damage the roof rail weather stripping and did not replace it. Also did not retain the dash cam mount. Did not clean the windshield after instal, inside or outside and found a large glob of sealant on myvwindshield wiper. Found a broken off clip on the dash with no explanation as to where it came from and nothing replaced. Also dark smudges on the A pillers that were not cleaned. Low attention to detail.   Would go elsewhere for service in the future. They also left my car unlocked in the parking lot.  Update: they did reach out and replace the damaged weather stripping about a week later. They also repaired a leak in the windshield sealant.    Over all they did fix their poor work, but would go elsewhere to have it done right the first time

Hail damage repair was completed in a timely manner.  Friendly and competent customer service.  Addressed all questions and dealt with insurance!!  Will be back for my oil changes in the future.  Great location right off Cedar tooService:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

The Lakeville LaMettry's team is fantastic. Colin seamlessly managed every detail of repair as well as interactions with the insurance and rental car companies. He also consistently kept me informed of repair progress. Colin is very professional and a pleasure to work with, and Kailee handled all of the paperwork logistics well and with a smile. Lemettry's is the only place I take my car for repair after an accident.  Their customer service is excellent, they keep you updated as to the status of your repair from start to finish. I had an accident and needed repair and replacement of multiple items for my vehicle. Lametterys  collision employee’s were great working with our insurance and did a great job with all the repairs needed. I used to go to LeMettry's for all my body work.  At that time it was decent.  A while back I got a door ding in my f150 and went and got an estimate in the Lakeville location.   The manager said the PDR guy was away for a funeral but would get back to me in a few days.  Days and weeks went by with no contact.  I contacted them via email, phone and no response on the matter.  I wrote to company in general and no response.   After one last call to an incompetent receptionist at the location, I decided to take my business elsewhere and have told many of my neighbors of my experience.  I had originally chosen the Lakeville locations because it was within walking distance from my home.

We chose LaMettry’s in Lakeville to repair/replace a rocker panel molding. What was supposed to be a quick job turned in to a five week project. We were told that the first two parts they ordered were damaged, and then that the part was on nationwide back order. This is frustrating enough, though if true, not something they could control. What they could control is their communication and customer service over the five weeks from when we initially dropped off our vehicle to when the repair was finally completed. They would go over a week with no communication or update of any kind. When we followed up they showed no empathy, took no accountability, barely acknowledged any inconvenience, and certainly offered no apologies. When the work was finally completed, we picked up a vehicle with bird droppings on the exterior and new dirt on the floor mats rather than the freshly washed car they promised. Needless to say, they have not earned our repeat business.
