Atrocious & horrible service. Extremely disappointing & unprofessional. Our car was cleaned only on one side and they said we were good to go. The passenger side was not cleaned at all from both the front & back. I showed them all the dust on the seats & mats. They reluctantly vacuumed it for 10 seconds after I pointed it out. I showed that the dashboard had not been wiped which was included in our bill, but they dint do anything. All this happened when there were no queues & apart from us there was just one more car being cleaned. They had ample staff all kids but none of them had any interest in their work. Zero attention to detail. No one should use their service. This facility should be shut down and not allowed to fool customers. The dashboard photos attached are after the car clean was done - and it shows how its exactly in the same condition as when we brought the car in. Absolutely nothing was done and it was a complete waste of time, money & effort. These guys should be sued for duping customers. I will take action against them.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I received the full service car wash that includes vacuum and inside detail for a reasonable price. I was happy until 2 days later when I noticed my car had an odor which I came to find out all my car mats were damp which led to the car odor. During the detailing I watched one of the employees touch the mat with his hand maybe checking to see if it was dry?? Not sure what they sprayed on it or why it was that wet days later! Also did not receive any air freshener for my car. Will not be coming back here. All young kids working here maybe not paying much attention to what they are doing.

It's a 4 for me the service was fast and convenient how the car wash pushes the car itself. Pricing is well the interior work was okay. But some dirt was left here. I liked the scent they put in the car in conclusion it's not a bad but it's probably better than most gas station car washes your going to find in lakeville. I would recommend if your looking to find a detailer. The employees are nice too. My only complaint is the lack of options in the wash. For example like a steam clean for the seats and carpet in the floor on the car.

The services offered here are just what I had been looking for - vacuum interior and trunk, wash windows and dash, and wash floor mats - an express detailing without appointment or huge expense. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there were areas on the windshield that didn't get cleaned, but it wasn't a big deal for me to touch that up later when I noticed it.

Didn't actually go here because we were looking for a DIY place. Instead of just sending me on my way, staff recommended what we needed nearby. So, product review, unknown. Customer service, perfection. Thank you.

It's a hit and miss for me. They charge more than a usual car wash but yur detail is not there. A bunch of very young high school kids work here and don't pay attention to detail. But overall they do a good job around the car.

Looked on Google for a touchless car wash instantly regretted it just before entering the bay. They manually take your card and run it after you tell the worker what package you would like. Then you pull around the corner before you enter the building. I saw the spinning brushes and started to apologize to my car. Didn't come out completely clean and bent my license plate. I was afraid it was going to get ripped off. The guy never said anything about my license plate being an issue knowing how it was mounted since he had to look at it before he ran my card.

Had never been here so we were going to get a basic wash and vacuum interior ourselves. $10 for a basic exterior wash , with only 8 more for interior vacuum and windows done. Absolutely! Great job , well worth it.

We’ve been going to this car wash for years and always been happy with our experience. We have gone twice in the past week, one of those times being right before close, and we were beyond impressed with the work the guys did! Our dog sheds like crazy and they worked frivolously to get all of it out of our interior. They were also incredibly kind, opening doors, and even re-installed the car seats for me as I was juggling two kiddos. They did it all with smiles on their faces. 10/10 recommend!Service: Auto detailing
