Lamoille Home Health and Hospice offers pre-natal education to end-of-life care. We provide in-home services include nurses, home health aides (licensed nursing assistants), physical, occupational and speech therapists, social workers and personal care.
The Lamoille Home Health and Hospice mission is to support health, independence and dignity through quality care in the home.
