The Indian lady in front has a awful attitude.  She literally yelled at me because I left a checkers bag on the bed. She really expects you to clean your own room before you leave. Plus the rooms don't have a microwave or refrigerator.  I'm glad because the hotel down the street has all that and new pillow top mattresses for the same price. Trust me keep driving down Lamar there's much better hotels

PLEASE do not stay here. You WILL catch COVID if you do. They have roaches and do not clean the sheets AT ALL. The comforter smelled like urine when I checked in. Also, I had just ordered delivery and had my takeout sitting on the bed. The woman at the desk was staring into my room while the door was still open, so I tried closing it. She then came over and pushed it open and yelled at me not to eat on the bed, like I was a child. I responded, “I’m not eating right now.” Very rude and invasive. So many things wrong about this absolutely DISGUSTING place.

I was able to sleep okay the night I was there, but the amenities were marginal-no refrigerator, no microwave, electrical plugs within the wall were bad/plug in devices would not stay in. TV channels were mostly fuzzy. Invest in the aforementioned and/or other amenities and it could be a much better place to have a decent stay.

Compared to other lower priced hotels n Memphis it's not bad for the price. Only issue I've had here was the floor was mopped when I got there n stayed wet all night long. It was disgusting.  Put shoes on n middle of night just to go to bathroom but everything works.  We had air on but it was still too much moisture n air or something.  Idk. But I always wanna clean my own room. People r nice. Indian. I've heard complaints of bedbugs but haven't seen any n my rooms. But overall it's not bad.

The Wi-Fi is super fast. Either the people before me or the staffing left me a six pack of Natty lights. I am so blessed. The people at the front desk may have made a mistake because there was a girl already in the room. They were very rude with her telling her that she needs to give back the key but I let her stay.

My stay was very horrible, roaches were crawling on the walls, the room wasnt cleaned right. I found noodles and bugs under the bed. They had NO wifi I'm the room, you had too walk outside too get too it. They didnt even give my family a refund. Horrible place would NOT recommend.

Cockroaches and the owner is very rude. We paid $235 for a week for this room and it didn't have a fridge or microwave. The bed was comfortable but the linens were dingy and very poor quality. We used our own pillows and blankets.

Stayed here in Nov. 2017 with my 2 children and i experienced bed bugs. I was bite up very badly and they never sprayed or clean the room for the bed bugs. We had to sit on the nightstands to make it through the day. The customer service is a zero here. I would give no stars.

My transition spot until my apartment was ready. Everyone said the area was suspect. I had no idea and didn't experience that. I'm not from here and picked it based on price and cleanliness. I declined all housekeeping and cleaned myself. I had no issues with bugs, noise or otherwise.
