Lancaste Police Station

Well let's see here okay if you have people's information posted at corner lights or through electronic devices or sheriff's officers that are using extraordinary means to speak on people's behalf through electricity I suppose. Why not protect the innocent regardless to any sciences what happens to morality. You had some women in there that look like they could give a freaking s*** and have the worst kind of ghetto attitudes in your office representing your sheriff's department let's get someone with class regardless to race or shall I say reverse races. Get with it get some class protect the innocent do what you paid for

I am currently still having an incident where money has been stolen from my account. I don't expect them to actually try to do anything but I have to have on file that I at least filed a police report to have a chance to get my money back. I was only able to reach them after calling the ninth time. And finally at 1pm I was told I would have someone dispatched but informed them my number wasn't active. They still tried to call instead of actually showing up and when I didn't answer number not active they just went on about their day it wasn't until calling them a 3rd time at about 645 am after waiting all night that they finally updated the report to finally tell them my phone was not going to work and to just come to my house to file the police report like I asked. Another encounter I've had is there was an extremely drunk and belligerent man who had possession of my property and wouldn't give it back trying to fight me and my husband I called the police and over an hour later they still aren't there and this man is getting more aggressive until my husband is finally able to get my stuff from him because it was clear no one was coming. An hour after that had died down I then get a call from them finally saying "do you still need assistance" these both occured at night time. I I feel bad because when I do get help they are as helpful as they can be it's just scary because I never know how long that help will take.

If I could give the a negative star I would. They absolutely DO NOT care about the community they are PAID to serve. I try filing a stolen vehicle report and they act like oh well its not my job stop a constant theif in your neighborhood! They're only good for shooting black people and saying it was justified.

Called to tell them I was concerned for my brothers safety because he was being threatened. They said they would send someone out. Waited an hour and no one showed up. Called again and they said they they handle emergencies first, they would to get to him when they could. I said someone is threatening to kill him, what do you guys want ? For him to get shot dead and then you guys show up? He said yes basically and just have a good day after that. Unbelievable

California state law says an accident report must be filed within 24 hours and yet here I am, days after an accident with no basic information about my accident. I understand an in-depth report takes time but simple information about the other driver shouldn't take this long. I've been told 2 weeks is the normal for them. Also out of all the police station and agencies in Los Angeles county the sherrifs department is the only one who doesn't allow reports to be accessed online, how old school is that? Not happy at all. It took 3 days for the traffic controller to call me back just to say, hey sorry but we don't even have your report yet. She never answers the phone. This doesn't surprise me at all though, if Lancaster clearly lacks in basic city and community amenities that good cities and towns have why on Earth would it be any different with those who are paid to protect the city? Make no mistake. I respect law enforcement and even you who I am reviewing but if the tables were turned and the tide changed you'd likely feel as though I do. Customer service goes a long way and in these times you can use the support when everyone treats you like an enemy. Please try harder.

Horrible sherriffs department the deputies make up their own laws… Saw a video of the sheriffs ticketing a guy for smoking a cigarette in public. Pathetic! What’s worse is that this behavior is not only approved but the supervisors act worse than the deputies. They do not respect the public or diffuse the situation and have no management customer service skills. Please DO BETTER! I think the guys in the video deserve an apology from all deputies involved including from the Sergeant. Make an apology video, that’s the only way you’ll gain the publics trust again.

I called 911 to report a man who had just jumped away from the property. He was not supposed to be in that place. The police never showed up. The next day I found out that it was broken into. I call this station at least once a day. Not once have I even seen the police come. We have so much crime and the same people keep coming back into the property.

I placed a phone call to this department yesterday friday September 24th at 1:05pm eastern standard time. I spoke to 3 different officers on a welfare check to my niece whom lives in Lancaster CA. I gave them her address, they informed me first that the address didn't exist. Then Officer so and so informed me that a man came to the door stating he did not know her. I'm in panic mode because it's been a week and my family hasn't heard from her not in her character. Well after her sister and myself did our own detective work on social media. I got intouch with her. She informed me NO OFFICER CAME TO HER DOOR... now they claimed at first they couldn't find the address then came back saying a gentleman came to the door saying he doesn't know her. They did not do their job!!!! If it has been a white woman calling 911 they would have found that address!

Detective Tanner. What a tool. Jump threw hoops to get nothing. Carma! The person is on the road with no California DMV drivers license and runs into me and was not sited for yeld the right away and no insurance. That is why we pay hight prices for insurance and have to have uninsured motorist and I pay his salary threw taxes. What a joke!

called the police to help me with a person threatening my life & my daughters only for them to tell me “call us when they do something” if i’m dead how am i supposed to do that. instead of serving and protecting they sit back and get paid to do nothing.
