Great Service and Great Products. Hard to find and Unique items. Very fairly priced and good prices. Purchased the Japaese Blanket; featured in my attached photos. Also, perfect follow up by Customer Service and follow through with my order. Also, Blanket arrived extremely fast, considering transport delays and that it had to be shipped from England, to The U.S..
Great hub for anything streetwear sadly they downsized the Y-3 section a bit :c Plenty of popular brands for decent prices and certainly keep a look out for the sneakers and the sales as you can usually snag a bunch of really nice pieces for below retail
I finally made it to this store and it did not disappoint! I shop here online all the time. This store is a higher End pun intended fashion store. They always have the newest fashion trends and styles. They also offer things from brands that you can't even find on some of the brands websites. This store is expensive so make sure you got your money right. And yes I bought the jacket with the hood and goggles
DELETED FOR NO REASON. Do I need to hold the line 48 hours to get someone to answer the phone? It's not written on your policy that I need to stay home all day with this beautiful waiting song. You should review your customer service because having nice brands is not enough when you send the wrong sizes.
I came into END, expecting to come for a release and for it to be sold out but luckily I managed to come and get the shoe for my friend and left the store happy! I happened to get the Air Max 1 Tour Yellows for my friend and everything went smooth. The employees were very helpful about it and tried helping me as much as possible and it was an overall good experience : Thanks END. and I will definitely come back for your future releases!
I’ve order from END many times and never had any issues with them. However, this time i had the worst experience! I’ve placed an order more than 2 weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Tried contacting them, but no communication from their end. Then, out of nowhere my order has been cancelled. Haven’t received a refund. So, I’ve wasted 2 weeks and £300! I would normally recommend this website, but not now : I don’t know what is happening, but if you want to order something that you urgently need or is a present, DON’T!
I ordered 3 sizes in a Fear of God Essentials T-shirt as i was unsure about the best size for me. I ordered a size medium, large and extra large, which were all available on the website. I had an email confirmation stating that all 3 items had been successfully purchased as well as the money that had been taken out of my account. I then had my parcel delivered which I opened and found only one of the sizes available out of the 3 that I had ordered. This is unacceptable. I then had to ring their customer service number which I had to wait 30 mins for in order to clarify what was going on with my order as I did not get any email or any clarity from End clothing as to why there was an issue with my order. Once I was put through to the customer service representative he explained that the other 2 sizes were out of stock, and that the order was put through in error. This is highly unacceptable and poor service from End, this is my first experience with them and I will definitely not be purchasing from them again. Not only did I get an order confirmation for all 3 sizes but they took out the money from my account for all 3 t shirts and I now have to wait to be refunded. If i had not called them today to ask what the issue with my order was, I really don't know how long it would have be until they would have contacted me to say that my other 2 t shirts were in actual fact not going to be delivered to me. Shocking customer service.
Would put zero stars if I could. Placed an order over a month ago and it's still in picking. Emailed three times, called, DM'd on all platforms and no response! DON'T order from END - a scam! Taking people's money, not refunding and not communicating! If you're lucky they'll send you the wrong items!
Have ordered from here online twice now. Already experienced issues with my first order as they listed the wrong prices & it ended up stuck in a delivery center, delaying the delivery & costing me a huge amount of time emailing with DPD. Then now I decided to give them a second chance, but this time they delivered my order too late & it was delayed again. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I would advise a shop that doesn't have its services up to the standard of the products they sell to maybe change some of their internal business You can't sell luxury clothing when the delivery service is similar to AliExpress.
I’ve ordered three things with end. 1st order had to be returned and they make it the most difficult way of returning things. 2nd order took two weeks to arrive 3rd order didn’t change status for over a week, the live chat is never operating and calling the customer service team is impossible they quoted 8 minute wait, I gave up after 40 minutes. They then cancelled and refunded my order without any explanation? Unfortunately a great selection of clothes but appalling customer service
