The staff was well trained and very helpful. You can tell they have been trained to push you into spending more money but, after all, that is their job. But if you're a shy person like me, it might make you a little uncomfortable. My only complaint would be about the "sale" signs. They don't mention when there are exceptions to the sale and there almost always is. I am someone who reads the "fine print" and get upset when it's not mentioned on the sign and then later told at the register of this exception. However, that's a cooperate issue and not a single store issue. In the end, you can definitely buy the same underwear for cheaper elsewhere but you can't beat the customer service!

I went there to get fitted and it was my first time so I was very nervous for some weird reason and the staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me some advice that definitely helped a lot. I ended up buying two bralettes and left being a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning.

I don’t go to this mall that often....but i went today, and there was this lady named shay working at pink....she’s freakin awesome. She was great. Very helpful and very nice! She actually made my day! So i will definitely be returning!

Never again... theyhad sign on sale “take an additional 40% on already reduced items “, so I wanted to buy T-shirt it was 10$ sale without 40% pff. When I got to the register they told me it’s just 40% off not additional. I said okay. But regular price was 26$, how you can do 40% if it’s cost 10$, but okay. I bought and go take a look one more time. It’s still say “40% off already reduced items. I found another employee and ask her. She told they put this sign accidentally. But they gonna do discount for me. So I go back stay all big line and person on register was rude to me. Make me feel Like a cheap person! I don’t mind about 4$ I just wanna things to be fair! If you have sign do what sing say.

Got fitted for a bra for the first time with the help of Kelly. She went above and beyond with helping me, I felt so comfortable and it was life changing. Definitely will be coming back!

I was looking for a specific pair of pants and the sales associate took time trying to find it in the store and once we couldn't find it, she helped me find it and place an order online for the exact item I was looking for. Awesome customer service.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. And they answered all my questions about a specific style I had in mind.

Was welcomed with a great greeting was asked if I needed anything help and if I had any questions proceed to check out was snapped at for not signing up for the angel card when I had already said that I did not want to sign up for it and was told that I was talked to by that person but it actually was another employee at that point I didn't care what my total was just wanted to get out of the store before I got frustrated with the employee that was checking me out with my items that was back buying the same items over AGAIN when I was just trying to get the sale on my items definitely will not be returning for a while....

ALWAYS sprays excessive amount of perfume in there store, making it a very unpleasant experience to shop there. i will never buy anything from here. theres a nice selection of stores right by them to shop at, that respect there costumers health and dont make them breath that garbage

I was here tonight and they have a great selection to choose from, however I could not find what I was looking for because the staff ignored me. They weren't busy at all, they were just too busy having a conversation together to ask if I needed help.
