Ligia Galvao Vaz, with extensive experience in decoration of parties, owner of the company Lara Party, has been making the joy of her customers for 10 years now, thought to offer a complete service to her customers. She decided two and a half years to apply the University Ana G. Mendez and study Culinary Arts, graduating in June 2017 as a Chef and passionate about the art of cooking. With the experience in confectionery and international menus, especially in the Mexican cuisine, Ligia Galvao Vaz, has been bringing Brazilian cuisine with so many traditions of African origin taken to Bahia / Brazil by African centers, could not fail to present the best and varied cuisine of Bahia with an authentic and original flavor.
The Bahia cuisine is practically all Afro-Brazilian heritage with some Portuguese items. It is characterized by dishes with seafood, dende, coconut milk, peanut, chestnut, and peppers. The dishes include: Caruru, Vatapa, Xinxim de Galinha, Moqueca de Peixe e Camarao, Bobo de Camarao, Moqueca de Siri and Feijoada.

Ligia Galvao Vaz, com vasta experiencia em decoracao de festas, dona da empresa Lara Party, por 10 anos fazendo a alegría dos seus clientes, pensamento em oferecer um servico completo aos seus clientes, decidiu a dois anos e meio ingressar na Universidade Ana G. Mendez, e estudar Artes Culinaria, graduando em junho a Chef, e apaixonada pela arte de cozinhar, com experiencia em confeitaria e difereciados menus internacionais, especialmente na culinaria mexicana, Ligia Galvao Vaz, vem trazendo a culinaria brasileira, com tantas tradicoes de origen africana levados a Bahia/Brasil pelos ascentrais africanos, nao poderia deixar de apresentar o melhor e variado na cozinha baiana com um sabor autentico e original.
A culinaria baiana e praticamente toda heranca afro-brasileira, com alguns itens portugueses. Se caracteriza por pratos com frutos do mar, dende, leite de coco, amendoim e castanha, e pimenta. Tais como; Caruru, vatapa, xinxim de galinha, moqueca de peixe, bobo de camarao, moqueca de siri , feijoada dentre outros.
