LivingWell - formerly Potomac Adventist Book Store (ABC) - was founded in 1904 with the primary purpose of supplying the literature needs of the Seventh-day Adventist churches and members in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. While this continues to be our primary objective, in the 1960s our store took a profound leap forward by becoming a more community-focused store devoted to promoting healthful living through food, literature, and music. Today, we have accounts with churches from 23 denominations and have become known as the "community store for better living." It is our privilege to share the gospel with the community, and witness lives transformed by a relationship with Christ!
