Latow's Fitness and Nutrition is a new gym in the Orange City area. We offer a full service gym, weekend boot-camps, nutrition, and personal training.
Latow's Fitness and Nutrition is a family owned and operated gym that is new to the Orange City area. The owner of the gym is Alex Latow. Alex just moved back from Iowa where he was attending college and playing collegiate football. He wants to bring his knowledge of the health field along with his college degree in Kinesiolgoy (exercise science) back home to help people reach their fitness goals and get healthy. Latow's Fitness and Nutrition is a full service gym with the most modern equipment. Latow's also offers one on one personal training, and sports specific training. Alex would like to help athletes from the area and surrounding areas to get their game to the next level, and will help athletes get in contact with college coaches.
