The full sessions will last an hour and 15 minutes. The half sessions are 30 minutes. It is a fusion of High Intensity Interval Training mixed with weight training and machines. DO NOT be intimidated, every exercise and circuit can be modified. I have a fully equiped gym including a pull up bar, smith press, the Rope, kettle bells, bar with bumper weight plates, jump ropes, 85lb & 100lb tires, sledge hammers, medicine balls, dumb bells, ab wheel, a plyo box with a 15", 18" and 30". A leg press, lat pull down, cables, chest fly, leg extensions and hamstring curl. It's endless the amount of muscles we will build, tone or the inches you will lose. Whatever your goals are... THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE WORKOUT!! I write you workouts to do during the week for when we do not work together, so you will always have a workout for the day and expected to earn your results whether we work together one day a week or 7 days a week! These home workouts do not require any equipment so they can be completed at your home or at a park.
