Very nice place for kids. It has separated areas, dinning are Archade, events area, and the trampoline area. The events check in is separated from the general check in. However the line of the regular check in can be so slow as one person only is working when I came. Employees are nice and there are many around the areas watching the kids, which is something I didn't see in many trampoline parks
I think this place is under new management because I used to like coming here with my kids before. I went there last weekend on Sunday afternoon, after maybe a year of not going to this place. The customer service at the front desk did not smile once, they talked to me with not energy and very displease to be there, I get it, working on Sunday? but hey.. job is a job. It was too crowded, my kids could barely jump and use the other amenities. I bought an over price pizza and I waited 20 minutes for it. I am not sure if it was the manager or not, but, OMG she was going around with this long face, that make me wanna cry and run out of there, not friendly at all... Bad experience, I will be not coming back here!
I had my daughter’s birthday party there recently. Friendly staff. Trampoline was a lot of fun for the kids wanting to just jump around and have fun. However, the food quality pizza was average at best and lack of attention to detail left a sour mark. Example , We had requested a drink change and it was accepted, but that information was never relayed to the party planner. So the kids ended up not drinking any of it and it was a waste. Also, the arcade cards given out as part of the package were really not worth it for the amount that was charged. Two swipes and the card was done. The restrooms were dirty, but it is also the responsibility of the patrons to at the very least, flush after. It is an expensive place to arrange a packaged party and it probably was not full value for money spent.
When my grandchildren wanted to go to a trampoline park, I went online to find one nearby and read the reviews. We liked Launch the best and fortunately it was also the closest. There was a good variety of trampolines and areas to play. We did encounter one issue while there and I discussed this with the manager, Stephanie, who was courteous and receptive to my concern. The facility was clean and the employees were friendly and courteous. I would recommend calling ahead if you have the option to do so, to see if there are any large groups coming at the time you plan to go.
The only reason I visit this place is because my son likes it, otherwise I won't step foot in it for the following reasons: 1- Very small play area compared to other trampoline parks. 2- Very overpriced to what you get in return. 3- Too many restrictions, for ex. you should only wear their "blessed" socks for Safety , no water in the play area, so when your child is thirsty, you have to leave to the outside area to give them water. 4- The staff are way less friendly than other places. Do yourself a favor, pay the same amount of money at Sky Zone, WAY better, bigger with a lot more to get back for the money paid. with much less bureaucracy, restrictions and drama.
Went at 3PM on a Tuesday with my 2 daughters and 1 month old newborn to get out of the house since it was too hot to be outside with the baby. I pre purchased our passes and socks online, and check in was very fast and easy. Even though there were probably only 10 customers in the building including the summer camp kids, they were well staffed, and everyone was very kind and attentive - specifically the summer camp attendant who helped both of my daughters in the obstacle course/foam pit area. The manager even gave my 3 year old a prize that she was a few points short of, which was greatly appreciated since it helped us avoid a complete meltdown on the way out the door. The food is fairly priced and we could see it being made fresh immediately after we ordered, and it was ready quickly. The kids enjoyed the “twisty fries” as they called them. All of the arcade games were in working order, and the entire facility was very clean. We haven’t been to Launch since my oldest daughter had her birthday party there last year, but after this wonderful experience we will definitely be back again soon. Thank you!
The price is crazy compared to what you get in return. I paid $100 for my 6 y/o, 1 y/o and I. There wasn’t any safe area for my toddler to play like at other similar parks. Most of the staff is between 14-16 and, while well versed in the rules when it comes to how to collect money/operate the cards, my daughter ended up getting hurt because they failed to stop the go-karting to fix the track and it shot up at her when she ran into it. Overpriced, staff is inexperienced in safety, but I did give two stars because it was very clean and very friendly.
Great place for kids. If you go at evening you may experience dark lighting which kids would love. We had socks from other trampoline park but they insisted to buy their own brand which cost $3 pair. I wish that wasn't the case. Overall 5 star experience.
While the facilities look good, my daughter got a cut on one of her low arms today when a staff cut her wristband. I saw the staff was very junior and was cutting the wristband for every kid coming out of the trampoline area. He did it very fast and his activities looked unsafe. Later on, I only realized that my daughter got a cut from him!!!
Pretty nice facility. They have trampolines, virtual reality, and food, plus a few other unique features like a small arcade and go cart track. Ample parking.
