The most advanced laundry mat in Pittsburgh! Tired of your coins getting stuck in dirty laundry machines that never see the light of day again? Look no further! This place has machines that take cards, and if you really dig the whole quarter thing they have a quarter machine located in store as well as an ATM. They also sell detergent, have wifi, and multiple seating areas. The parking lot is small but free.

Super clean. Good value. Machines work great. Well designed layout. Oh, and there aren't homeless people in here screaming about how they are on crack, like the other laundromats in the area.

Excellent & consistent self-service. Machines work well. Always very clean & lightly smelling of disinfectant, which is reassuring. Clean folding tables. Quiet with places to sit & wait. Helpful staff.

The machines take Quarters! Incase you don't have Quarters there is an Machine that takes 1,5,10,20's usd. The place is really clean and the Wash/Dry Machies do work More than 1 for every Load of laundry I- don't have pics to prove my right but Google pics ain't lying

This laundromat is the ultimate in cleanliness, it's spacious, has any size washers & dryers you need, it also has dry cleaning services should you have that need but most of all the Staff is absolutely the BEST! Yes so if you have to use a laundromat the Laundry Factory is the best place to go!

Staff friendly and nice. They offer a variety of washing machines and dryer sizes. It is located next to many shops so you can go to the store while you do your laundry.

This laundromat is clean, well maintained, and has tons of machines. Highlights: lots of different sized washing machines an atm, two change machines, ftee WiFi and sitting areas with TVs. Downside: limited parking. While you are here check out the Japanese food store for great prices.

Laundry Factory is my favorite laundry mat, hands down. I will and have traveled to use this laundry mat specifically because of its cleanliness. Before and during the pandemic . It’s clean and spacious and somehow I always get a great parking spot. No one bothers you but if you need help you can get help. It’s just perfect.

You will not find a better drop off laundry facility in town. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The place is super clean, and so is your laundry when you pick it up.

Always super clean, tons of washers and dryers. Makes doing a lot of laundry go by quickly, especially if you use one of the large washers. Parking can be tough sometimes, but there is plenty of street parking on College and Ellsworth right next to the building which makes it a little easier. Never had an issue with machines not cleaning clothes or dryers not working. Been going here for a few years and it is fast and convenient!
