Excellent. Clean. Not too crowded. I asked on Facebook for Laundromat recommendations. This came highly from a few people. Not disappointed. Gentleman working or owner was very helpful.
Lazy staff that only cares about leaving early. They close at 6pm but last wash is at 4pm. My washing machine broke and I was there 4:30 only to wash not dry and I ask them to only wash but they denied it. I know rules are rules but they can always use their criteria to help the customer. I’d recommend going somewhere else.
every couple of weeks I do 2-3 big loads and my clothes come out nice! spacious, clean, fairly new equipment, plenty of tables for folding, and a bunch of carts ... also with hanging bar. They use cards instead of coins, which is very convenient for regulars. As with most laundromats some people can be territorial. The manager is reasonable, amiable gentleman. I see the manager helping free up machines when it was very busy and people ran errands while their clothes sat in machine.
The male attendant not sure if he's the owner or mgr can use a few lessons on customer service. If there's something wrong with the machine, he says it's your problem and even blame you for causing it. I've also seen him be rude to other customers in the laundromat. I'll skip the drama and go elsewhere.
Its a very nice, clean, spacious place with a lot of machines but the payment system is flawed a bit. I luv that they dont do quarters and its a wash card system to pay the machines, but the system does not do debit or credit to put money onto the wash card, and they dont have an ATM immediately nearby.
Very big very clean, the older gentleman keeps the machines clean and tidied up and he’s very nice. I always use this laundry mat it’s never crowded especially the times I go and if you’re smart you don’t pick a weekend, and quiet very nice place. And the machines really clean your clothes in the dryer’s dryer clothes and have you in and out of there in no time.
It's pretty clean and decently priced. The owners are very friendly as well. My only issues are... It's a little too warm in the summer and they closed early one evening and locked my clothing inside... So watch your time.
This place was a horrible experience!!!! I brought a brand new comforter set to wash and when I took it out of the dryer it was completely covered in black dirt. When I brought it to the attention of the owner he couldn't care a less. He tried to blame it on our dryer sheets which were brand new and he did not take ownership for his dirty dryers being at fault. Also when my husband was showing him what washer we used the owner proceeded to mock us in front of other customers. I would never recommend anyone going to such a dirty uncaring establishment. They have dead bugs on the floor everywhere. We should have never trusted the previous reviews. I would not even give this place one star.
horrible experience went there since is close by home i have a 2 yr old as i was washing clothes my son need a change of diaper i ran to the car changed him and was in the car with i took no more than 20 mins which the close should of just finished washing went inside to not find my clothes in the washer the man took it out and put it to the side so a customer can use the washing machine just because thats the one they always use. When i asked him about my clothes he said he didnt know what i was talking about
A Chinese attendant apprehended me at 4pm..we clo we clow...on the door it said..open till 6pm..but the lady ..probably the owner pushed me out with dirty clothes
