One of Spokane's best kept secrets. Welcoming, clean, pleasant environment, great prices, lot's of machines, clean machines! Excellent customer service! Professional management you can count on.

Clean facility with working machines. Snacks, clean kids area. Bathroom needs work but is locked for customers only which is nice. Attendant was helpful and friendly.

Always respectful, never full. Hadn't been in in awhile and Shaun was very helpful and.making the place look great. Has a wash sink,upgrading washers and dryers. Looking good!!

Sean & your new team have turned the experience here to very stress free environment, clean, convenient. The new staff is wonderful, patient, helpful, kind, polite just so around a major improvement that'll keep me coming back. Thank you.

Only gave a 1 star since can't give a zero! I'm not sure if it got bought out or what but I've gone here for years. One reason I kept coming back was because of the manager Amber and how clean it was always. The new employees are horrible! All the machines were in different languages. The coin machines weren't loaded so you had to buy cups of change from the counter. And when asked for them to count the change to me like you would in any other job counting change when somebody gives you money was an inconvenients for them. And they gave attitude about it. So sad to think some where you got great help and enjoyed going to could go to what it has become after 10+ years of great business. Will never step foot in there again! To the new owners or what ever happened this laundry mat has truly become a disappointment/disaster!

New machines work really well and you can access them from the internet

One star because zero isn't an option. I've gone to this laundromat for years. They had wonderful, helpful employees who knew the customer's faces and names, what was going on in your life and remembered you, and ran a smooth operation. Sounds like someone bought the business and fired *everyone* that had worked there. Can't imagine giving my money to that kind of business owner or person. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

Highly inappropriate music the employees play at concert level. Doesn't seem to remember families use the establishment nor seems to care kids car hear the foul language music. Really needs to be addressed! EDIT: once they "revamped" their employee base it has gotten better!

By far the best laundromat in the area. Very clean and easy to use machines. Always welcoming and friendly staff.

They are in process of getting new machines, and the place is cleaner. They seem to have run the homeless away, which has helped its cleanliness and appearance. Hopefully this will continue.
