I tried Tumble today as I had some larger bedding that needed to be washed and dried. It typically takes all day with my washer and dryer so I thought I’d try this place out. The reviews looked good and it looked clean. When we arrived, we were greeted right away by the lady up front. We immediately found two washing machines that were open so I plopped my stuff inside. It was rather pricey, or at least to me because it had been a very long time since I’ve used a laundromat. It was $4.25 for “heavy” and hot water. It was $3.25 for a normal wash cycle. The machines only take quarters, but there is a change machine on the premises that takes 1’s, 5’s, and I think 10’s. So I was able to get change for both washing machines. It took 47 minutes for the wash cycle. While we waited, we went right next door to Huckelberry’s to grab a snack and something to drink. The wash machine did a great job. Then I found one of the larger size, industrial, dryers for my stuff. Because of the large size, I was able to combine my stuff into one load. The cost was 1 quarter equaled 5 minutes. I set it for 50 minutes, then we went to the consignment store next door to look around. Finally went back with about 3 minutes left. The dryer was not spinning, and the door was not hot like the others around it, so I wondered how long ago it had stopped?  The stuff was almost dry, so I gave it another 20 minutes 4 quarters of time which seemed perfect. Overall, this is a very clean place and very quiet. There is a little waiting area if you just want to hang around. The staff was very friendly and I will likely use them again for my larger bedding items.

I'm grateful there's a neighborhood location near my residence, a convenient location. And yes, the staff are friendly and helpful. I came in with expectations that the machines were available and in great working order since the last time I was here several months ago when they weren't. Any one know someone who can help repair and/or replace what's not working? And help clean the place as well. I don't know the last time the place was swept and mopped either. I wish the place all the best.

Great spot for a wash and dry. Can walk around Huckleberries while waiting. Prices are reasonable and they have folding tables. Recommend going during the day on the weekdays to avoid any crowds.

I've been here three times. Each time there is an issue with the machines.  Luckily the staff are friendly and eager to help. New machines look nice but are way more expensive and it is odd you can tap and pay .75 for a soda but still need $9 in quarters for the new touch screen, large load machines.

Clean site, very friendly and courteous attendants. You can do your laundry yourself or for a small fee they will do it for you while you go next door to get a coffee and do your grocery shopping

Great place. Cleanest laundry mat I've been to and in a safe area. Just wish they were open a little later on weekends

My house is undergoing an unplanned remodel so I have been coming here to do laundry for about 10 months. The staff is so nice and helpful. I feel safe leaving my clothes washing or drying for a short amount of time while I grab food or run a short errand. But so many of the machines are broken that it’s getting more and more inconvenient to do my laundry here. I try to come during slow hours so there is more availability but it seems every time I come there is another broken machine. I also realize it is difficult to find parts and people to perform repairs, but unfortunately I will have to start looking for some where else to go.

Place was clean, operating  well, and the lady was very nice. I travel around the 48 and there are a lot of Laundromats, few are the same quality as Tumble.

I am from Spokane WA born and raised and we have a real strong commitment to be kind to your neighbor and respect and I am extremely pleased to say that Tumble laundry and dry cleaning fallows this commitment to there customers and the community. They have a great and friendly staff at the two locations I have visited to do laundry, Andreas and Brynn at the south hill 10th and Monroe and Erica at 5 mile are extremely helpful and have great customer service. The machines are clean as will as the establishment. If you're looking for a clean laundry mat and dry cleaning that is reasonable price wise look no further. Tumble at the south hill and 5 mile is the place to go!!!

Totally frustrating experience! Half of the machines don't work and the ones that were out of service only had a sign where you put the coins in so you load the machines before you see the sign that says out of service it is a small sign covering the coin slot only! I made a suggestion to the manager that she put a sign on the door so people know not to load the machine and have it obvious that it is out of service and she refused. I'm not even going to dry my stuff here I'm taking it someplace else. I will never come here again!
