I have a diverse background but putting it all together it makes sense. I was a brand manager & operations manager for 2 locations in Mexico City for a high end Italian brand called ETRO where I took care of the VIP sales, assisting famous celebrities like Rebecca de Alba, Pedro Torres, Edith Gonzalez, Gloria Trevi, Emmanuel, & more, advising a perfect ETRO outfit for a special event or TV exposure. I was a sales associate at Ralph Lauren in Houston. As a hobby, I created my own brand & named it after a song I love called Malai-k. It's hand made, one of a kind, unique pieces. I combine knits, skins & semi precious stones. Nature & free spirit is an inspiration to me to create these pieces. I studied interior design, which again I pretty much practiced it as a hobby remodeling a few spaces. On the other hand I worked as a PR for a few big companies in Mexico, owned a restaurant & managed boutique hotels at Playa del Carmen. Creativity, social skills & good hosting is what I do.
