After hiring and having David Allen and Associates and having that attorney argue with the social security disability judge all because the judge asked him why my file was such a mess and wanted to know what exactly he did for my case and he couldn't answer so the judge threatened to reduce his fee which caused him to quit on me... I thought my case after 4 years of suffering from health issues was finished but someone highly refered me to Elizabeth Gade and I'm beyond thankful they did because she handled my file professionally and repaired all the damage caused by the first attorney. Ms.Gade also knew how to defend me against a professional doctor the courts had testify whom had reviewed my medical appointments for the past several years and had requested my denial for disability saying I was able to work. After 4 long years of lost income and several losing trials, Elizabeth Gade won my case even getting me several years of back pay. She was AMAZING and I highly recommend her only if you want your case to win!
Worked with this office professionally, often had shared clients. When I retired, they were top of my list as I was always impressed with their timeliness, professional alism and attention to detail. Mostly what stands out for me is remembering their kindness. The only drawbacks that they only serve folks in Sacramento area. It's only been a year now, still down, believe in a lawyer, racism is real , one doctor said I can stand for 6 hours ,the other doctor said I can't work and the other one say Ino more than 10 to pounds, he never ask me to do anything lift heavy things, you never asked me to pick up anything, so how do they know if I'm down, ,the case manager are very rude!!!!
