The firm serves families and companies on the South Shore of Massachusetts.
Attorney Payne received her Bachelor of Science, graduating summa cum laude, from Bridgewater State University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications in 2010 and achieved Dean's List status throughout her entire undergraduate career. In 2013, she earned her Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston, where she also enjoyed continued Dean's List status during all semesters.
While pursuing her law degree, Josey was a Dean's Merit Scholarship recipient throughout her academic career. She was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Organizations in 2012, and the award for Most Promising Mediator in 2013. In addition to her studies, Josey served as both a Student Mentor and Student Ambassador on the New England Law Student Bar Association, as a member of the New England Law Women's Law Caucus, and as a member of the New England Law Environmental Law Society.
Josey is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in the Federal District Court of the United States for the District of Massachusetts.
