8/31/23 12:03pm. I’m dealing with a lost package. The USPS employee I spoke to was kind and understanding. They went and called the carrier who said they thinks they made a mistake and they will be there today to look at it. My problem was swiftly dealt with. I’m so thankful for the service I got today.
Mike is a star studded postman. He is just the best and knows my shop schedule and delivers mail accordingly. I am thankful every day for him! Lauren is the reason I like my near daily trips to the post office to ship orders. She is a ray of sunshine and is always anticipating my needs. It hurts knowing how badly this crew is understaffed. They do an amazing job given what they have! LOVE YOU ROCKLAND CREW!!!!
We have the best mail carrier! Gerardo works so hard, but is always in a good mood. Our neighborhood is so lucky to have him. Thank you to all of the hardworking mail carriers out there! We appreciate you!

Very dissapointed in the delivery of my mail. On several occasions I have been told my mail was not delivered as no one was home, yet when I see the mail truck coming and run 250 feet to the end of my driveway, the truck stops, makes me wait for her to get off her phone, then says "oh let me see if I have a mail pkg for you." Oh and then it appears. But if I do not do this, they say unable to deliver!! When I pay for 2 day delivery, I should get it, not a comment saying unable to deliver when both the driveway and weather are clear!
I received a document from a Federal Agency today, on October 12, in Rockland, ME, that was mailed in Oklahoma City, OK, on July 21. At this time it is no longer is important, thankfully. It does not give me confidence in the USPS, especially considering the recent news of delivery taking longer in the future.
They threw away hundreds of dollars of my makeup just because they didn't feel like delivering it. Hella annoying. USPS has the worst customer service in the world.
Constantly losing my packages and the post master is never helpful. This time the post master said he would find my package and call me and it still hasn’t shown. Packages always say out for delivery and never make it to my house so I’m sure the carrier just opens people’s packages and takes their stuff.
The worst. Thanks to you guys ive lost 3500$ because you just couldnt drop offa simple envelope to me!!
