In 2011, I established my own practice. Motivated by a desire to represent real people in the court room, not insurance companies, I used the experience and skills gained in my civil practice to expand into criminal law, immigration matters, and representation of persons injured by the negligence of others. With respect to my criminal law practice, I represent individuals in misdemeanor and felony cases in State and Federal court in matters ranging from DUI's and insurance fraud, to assault and drug crimes. In my civil practice, I represent victims in serious injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, and intentional tort matters. Lastly, I have a thriving immigration practice involving deportation defense.
