Law Office of Mark P. Gagliardi, Llc

I had met Mark Gagliardi while out with one of his former associates and discussed a legal issue that I was having in my life. He seemed like a competent attorney and dressed the part with his dark pin striped suit and his passable understanding of the law, which I guess anyone can do if they go to law school. He was telling us all a story about him standing in line at Citizens Bank at a Stop & Shop and this is what changed my opinion of him as an attorney, he says that a guy "approached him" and was "friendly", asking him about working out and building strength/muscle and instead of answering the guy's questions he immediately took it as is the guy was "hitting" on him and his story turned into some kind of "gay bashing", I have a Gay brother and felt offended that number one, this kind of childish behavior still exists and number two, an attorney who is supposed to uphold laws and be accepting of anyone regardless of who they are would carry on like this in public and even have the audacity to write about it on Facebook. I learned two things from this night ... First, just because someone is dressed in a pin striped suit and looks professional, doesn't mean they are and the other thing, never trust a guy who finds humor and self gratification while demeaning and degrading another innocent person. You may think you are all that and a bag of chips but really, you are worse than the gum stuck on the bottom of my shoe.

Guy is Amazing! He's been there since day one 9 years ago fighting the state tooth and nail on my behalf. Couldn't have met a better guy!
