After over 10 years in civil litigation, Jay Menchaca has established a strong foundation of legal experience and innovation which he eagerly puts to his clients’ good use. Jay Menchaca works with both individuals and businesses, he has successfully represented clients in state and federal court and also has extensive experience representing clients in various alternative dispute resolution (ADR) forums.
Jay Menchaca brings a unique combination of skills and experiences to his law practice. Prior to attending law school Jay was a State Narcotics Agent, a Probation Officer, and a Political Consultant. These experiences, coupled with his desire to learn more about the law, drew Jay to Washington, D.C. where he attended, and graduated from, the George Washington University Law School in 1998.
Jay has worked as an associate at three distinguished Northern California law firms and recently opened the Menchaca Law Offices in his hometown of Gilroy, California. The Menchaca Law Offices provides general and commercial civil litigation representation to clients in Santa Clara, San Benito, Monterey and Santa Cruz County and beyond.
