Description

I am a native of Massena, New York. Prior to attending Albany Law School, where I received my Juris Doctorate in 2000, I received my Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Following law school, I worked for a well-known Binghamton firm that concentrates in Personal Injury Litigation, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip-and-Falls, Dog Bites and Product Liability. I gained trial experience in both federal and state courts as well as handling Criminal and Family Law matters. I also have experience in asbestos litigation having worked on these cases in both New York and Oklahoma.

I am an attorney for the child in both Broome and Tioga counties and received the Law Guardian of the Year Award in 2010. I am a member of the Broome County Surrogate Decision-Making Committee for the past ten years, considering major medical decisions for those who lack the capacity to do so on their own.

I also have some experience in civil unfair banking practices, employment actions, mental hygiene law as well as civil motions and appellate briefs.
