Do not waste your time and money on Stephana.  I usually don't write reviews but my experience with her was so bad. Her office is joke and unprofessional. Their communication is the worst and I mean they don't call you or pick up. If you already hired her. Good luck getting Stephana to court room on time. She usually the last one there. She can't even make it to the meeting she set up at her own office on time.

Stephana Femino has been an excellent source for our family. She came to our defense from day one. She has been there every step of the way. We have faith in her. Stephana is a hard worker. If you need a defender. I highly recommend Stephana. She really dedicates herself to her clients.

She owes me $950 dollars since August 2021. I had gave her that money for a private "investigator" that was not able to do his job due to covid. Everytime I called her office since August of 2021 they never picked up or when they did the assistance would say Stephana was in court but that she would leave her a message with my number. Never did I get a call back from her nor my money.

Stephana took 5000 dollars from me and never showed up for a single one of my Court Dates shes a thief in the worst kind of way. I don’t know why a lawyer would think she could go around and just steal peoples money when there at their most vunerable and spend it on drugs for her and her boyfriend but may God have Mercy on Her Soul.

Finding and choosing Stephana for our case was the best thing that could have happened to us. She took me in right away and was incredibly reasonable when she gave me her price, she was very fair because she believed she could get charges dropped and she was right, she had all charges dropped in a few WEEKS! She helped us with everything, even when BC Jail dropped the ball with the bail, she made phone calls and was able to help me get the bail posted. Stephana also had me seek independent representation for myself, Brenden Blake, and they were an OUTSTANDING team to have on our side! She made our nightmare go away when we thought our whole lives could be destroyed. We are both forever in her debt and can now carry on with our lives. We loved how sure of herself and the case she was, knowledgeable and very friendly. She never allowed the DA to bully us into a plea and she was always one step ahead of their scare tactics, she made sure to give us peace of mind and excellent advice. We were probably nightmare clients constant questions and calls/texts and Stephana and Misty handled everything with ease and a good attitude even tho they are incredibly busy all the time. Stephana saved our family and we will always be grateful for her!

One star is to many !! She got me for $1,000 nine months ago and about 20 calls later 15 emails and 30 texts she keeps telling me she's going to refund me my retainer after failing to show up at a court hearing but she never does what she says she's going to do.  I contacted my bank and they said it sound like a fraudulent transaction because she insisted that I pay her through cash app and not with a credit card.  Watch out for this one folks she's a doozy

if 0 stars was available I would have chose that this woman can't keep anything in her office straight. she seems to be on drugs most of the time can't keep focus came to court with nothing in her hands and kept saying umm and uhhh the whole time , several times has sent another public defender to cover hearing dates if I wanted a public defender I wouldn't have put as much money into her .. DO NOT HIRE .. ps the photo of her sleeping in court ....

DO NOT HIRE. This woman is a liar and has defrauded many people. She is being investigated by the state bar because of so many misconduct claims. Just google her name and read the articles about her. Do not trust any good review about her.

DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN! SHE HAS MADE AN EASY CASE A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Go anywhere else, just do not hire this person to handle something important in your life. She does not return phone calls, missed court dates that she said I did not have to be there for. Anyone could've done a better job!
