I am a graduate of CUNY Law School in New York City. I've helped people charged with crimes in some of the highest profile criminal cases in Butte Co. Specializing in juvenile, DUI and Marjuana criminal defense.
The Fourth Amendment gives us the right to be secure in our persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.
