Two years ago i was put into a horrible position. I reached out to my original representation and was severely let down and misled. November I reached out to Alan Sawyer. I paid $500 for a 10 minute over the phone consultation where I was told to forward documents to his office for review of potential case. I ended up having to send the documents 2 times due to his office saying they never got them! After multiple calls and emails to them I finally reached his paralegal who told me sawyer had received my documents for review and he would be calling me the next day to tell me if he could help with my case. That was 2 weeks ago! I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. The thing that bothers me most is this law firm took my $500 during a time we are all struggling and during a time of me asking for help. They with no hesitation took my money with absolutely no follow up!! Very disappointing!! I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Go elsewhere, where they will actually try to help you and at the very least not take your hard earned money and leave you hanging !

Mr. Allen Sawyer is nothing less then a miracle worker. My son was looking at 6 years in prison. But with the California state law ab1810 and my sons past Mental Health record my son is now in a 1-year intensive live-in Program and will not be doing any prison time. When you first meet with Mr Sawyer you will immediately feel reassured by his extensive knowledge of the law and the courts procedures. While in court, Mr. Sawyer commands the attention of both the judge and the district attorney and is always given equal or greater respect.
