The Law Offices of Robert F. Rupinski was formed in 2001 and has been serving the legal needs of New Jersey residents ever since. It consists of two lawyers, a paralegal and an office administrator.
Robert F. Rupinski was born in Elizabeth, NJ and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics with honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick in 1979. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 1982. He was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1982 and he joined the New York State Bar in 1992. In the past, he served as municipal court prosecutor in Glassboro as well as Pemberton Borough. During that time, he was responsible for prosecuting drunk driving and all other traffic and criminal offenses. He was certified as a civil trial attorney in 1994. He has been invited to join the Million Dollar Advocates Club and has been a member of the NJ Association for Justice for over 25 years. He currently devotes the majority of his professional time to trial matters, with an emphasis on helping injured people enforce their rights against insurance companies.
Kathleen Conolly Rupinski graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with high honors in 1978. She majored in business and philosophy. She thereafter earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 1982. After graduation, she clerked for the NJ Office of Administrative Law. She was then hired as a NJ Deputy Attorney General, defending the State in lawsuits as well as representing them in financial transactions. She has been in private practice since 1990 and devotes the majority of her professional time to matters involving real estate transactions, wills and estates.
