Laz Fly Airport Parking

I had a great experience and no issues with them. Waited less than 5 minutes for a shuttle coming and going. Driver was very friendly as well. A tad further then the ParkingSpot which I haven't used, but is negligible because they're both so close. I would use either of these two services whichever ends up being the cheapest. For my case LAZFly was a little cheaper.

It's ok. The employees were friendly and the driver drove us up and down once to walk less. But it's really beat up asphalt, and when I arrived they let me in instead of allowing me to collect a ticket, so at 1am I had to call and correct it otherwise I'd have to pay 2 weeks. Plus I had prepaid, so make sure you pull a ticket coming in. The checkout will let you scan your email receipt if you prepaid. Price is low though so that's nice.

Have been using LAZFLY self park for years and was always happy with the process for the most part. However this time I had some challenges with the experience. I have mixed feelings because the staff were great but I think they are maybe understaffed now because some aspects of the experience were bad enough for me to consider using another lot next time I fly.

Arrived at Bradley at 12:10 am Tuesday, April 18, along with a full Delta plane. After getting my suitcase and calling Laz, I proceeded outside to wait for the shuttle. And, that’s where it became a total s$#&show. Many of us were waiting for the shuttle, and when the first one finally arrived people waiting further down pushed their way onto the bus in front of others waiting. Bottom line, you must know how many people were on that flight that needed the shuttle, MANy! Only two were used and many of us ended up waiting a long time. I paid for valet for a week, expensive. I did not expect to wait so long in a disorganized mob. Not returning to Laz.

I love this place, I don't love the name. I've been parking my cars here for years for all of my flights out of Bradley. The price is unbeatable if you are going for more than 1 week. LatelyMar2022 the lot has been pretty full and some of the patrons, well let's just say they have some unique ways of parking. It is a pretty tight fit to get in and out of some of the spaces in the self-parking lot. You can certainly pay a little more for the Valet parking across the street. The drivers have always been courteous and helpful, and the office staff always the same. I really have nothing negative to say about this outfit, they do a great job with the shuttle service which is key when you are trying to get to flight on time. I have had cancellations where I had to retrieve my car and reschedule and they took care of me no hassles. I like no hassles. I have tried a couple of other shuttle services in the past, and have been disappointed. LAZFLY not only rolls off the tongue, it has never let me down

Shuttle Van side swiped my bumper and LAZ claims there were no cameras on that one spot. Convenient. The evidence is there to show they caused the damage, but they refuse to share any camera angles or pictures of their vans. Save a few bucks, spend thousands on repairs due to their negligence.

Manager here has the nastiest attitude It costs you absolutely nothing to be kind. If you don’t like your job go get another one.

My go-to place while in Bradley, used it many times and no issues. Easy, convenient and shuttles run often. My only.....small little gripe, is that sometimes the drivers can be a little aggressive with the gas pedal early in the mornings, lol, minor and they do it everyday but sometimes it can be a little bumpy ride when you aren't awake or had your morning coffee yet. Still though, great place to work and never had any issues.

When trying to get picked up had 30 people trying to cram on their one running bus. Absolute shitshow.
