Treatment of tenants is poor
Great experiences working with Paul and Kevin. Great neighborhood. Great place to raise kids. We downsized and purchased a new retirement home and Paul couldn't have been more gracious.
My family lived in Leader’s for ~ 5 years. At first it was nice a lot of nice neighbors, but once we really got to know the community it turned out to be a nightmare. Drugs dealers, drug addicts, stray cats and punk management everywhere you look. Left over a year ago and our friends we kept say it has gotten worse. I don’t suggest dealing with this park a cardboard box would feel more like home. I would have gave it Zero stars if it had let me.

Lived here 5 years I have never felt unsafe Management has never given me a hard time probably cause I always pay my lot rent People here seem to be decent folks Being close to chardon is a plus
