Ledezma's Electronics Car Audio

This by far the biggest drop off place I have ever been to. They installed a radio the first week of June, now July 7th the radio has gonna out completely. Not only are they not covering there work, they now want a change me just to see what they did wrong. This is by far the worst spot not mention they didn't fit the radio in my dash completely. It hangs out some. Terrible place and the owner is the worst. Don't waste your money or time, it's guaranteed not to end well.

This store is the worst place ever. I found an advertising online about a system installation deal, went there got my system installed and after comeback twice with problems with the system installed and haven’t solve the problems I never went back. I was reading some articles yesterday in a car audio forum and found the same picture that this guys had online for the advertising and end the story those pictures are from another shop project. This a bad place to spend your time and money. Worst please to do business

I got my interlock placed at this location. First time calibration I show up 30 mins before they close and they were already closed I was told to come back next day and they would be open till 630. I left work early to get it done and the guy closer early again and pretty much told me to bad. No help in finding another location. I found one on my own.

I came here because it was down the street from where I work and let me tell you... The first Time I went I spent 250.00 bucks on a stereo that crapped out in about 3 days. The second time they refused to give me a refund on the broken radio and the only reason I asked for a refund and not credit was because they didn't but my car panels back together correctly so I was kinda bummed on that... so they convince me to get the pioneer that I have now that I love and they install it... They install it crooked as hell and break the freaking tabs on the panels on MY car. I didn't notice til I cleaned my car and felt they were loose. They tried to say it's suppose to be like that and I freaked out so he fixed it for a min.... looked fine at first but came apart as soon as I left the parking lot... I give up. I'm gonna eat the 180 bucks they broke off my car panels that they refused to pay for. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother coming in here. I don't write reviews but this made me make a account and write this one just to save another soul from this hell hole.

I had a great experience with Ledezma's! They made my installation appointment fast and easy. I will definitely be going back there. Thanks again Ledezma's for the great service!

These was the only place that I was able to find open on a Sunday that closed at 5:00pm, didn’t think things would work out the way they did and I don’t regret it, they are polite and make you feel that that’s the right place to be, very fast with no problems with years of experience , I would recommend it to anybody that wants a good system installed, going back on Friday to add more stuff that my car needs and there’s no doubt it my mind that it’s not going to come out good, thank you to the people that worked on my car. LOVE IT.......

Horrible service they only want to sell one brand. I had my sound system installed here and is Horrible. It sounds bad it keeps turning off and off. It also was doing bad electric contact because it was installed wrong. It made my truck turn off several times. I went 3 times and talked to the owner telling him to fix it he ignored us. I had the warranty that he gave us but still ge didn't respected it and ignored it. He said that he couldn't do anything about it. Worst experience don't waste your money in this place I can say 0 recomend it sucks

Do not go to this place for any audio installation they could not even install a antenna in our car right and it was not even the right antenna and overcharged us good job guys never going back

They used zip ties to keep things in place and I’m missing a piece. Don’t waste your money here.

I had headlights install and a third brake light. The headlights were not set at all, had to do it myself and the third brake light was installed with burnt out bulbs. Pricing was unfair as well, should’ve gone else where. Don’t make the same mistake as me even with car audio systems.
