Bruce is awesome. An “old school” professional who is SO helpful both over the phone and in person. I’d give this man more stars if I could. This store fixes electronic toys, builds battery packs, and is a Radio Shack dealer.
Bruce is very honest and helpful. I brought my mom’s trike and thinking it was burnt motor Bruce diagnosed it for a fair fee and changed the fuse and voila it was up and running and put a smile on my moms face. Best of all he got it done the same day! Many thanks!
I'm not one to leave a good or bad reviews but I felt like I owed my gratitude towards this shop towards Bruce and Paul. these guys were amazing to work with! they helped fix my little girls ride-on car which other people wouldn't do if it wasn't Power Wheels. I had spent so much money on my little girl's car and it wouldn't start I contacted 10 shops and no one would or could help. Thank you Bruce and Paul have a Merry Christmas
Store manager Bruce was very friendly and knowledgeable. My Uberscoot 1600 needed a new motor and he had a new one installed in just a few days. Great service and prices. I will recommend to all my friends!
BRUCE is honestly a blessing. I just purchased a Grave Digger Power wheels for my daughters and it broke : I went in and paid the $25 diagnostic fee and BRUCE fixed it at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Honestly a huge blessing to me and my family in these hard times. I'm recommending him to everyone. I appreciate this mans honesty so much!
Have a 4 passenger GEM car and needed batteries. Called on a Saturday and Bruce worked me through the right size and right type. On Tuesday Dave showed up and how he got the old ones out and the new ones in is beyond me. Great service from both men. Would recommend to anyone in Sun Lakes because the price to performance was "spot on"....
They have been servicing my Razor motorbikes for the past 3 years. They have always been extremely polite and accommodating. I usually work with Bruce owner as there has been a lot of turn over for that location with workers. Work with Bruce he knows his stuff.
I'm SO glad I found this place! With outstanding customer service and terrific prices, they literally blew away the competition for me. I needed a solution for portable power, and Rick Dunham was knowledgeable and courteous while helping me find the answer. Additionally, he was extremely patient answering my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable and was very impressed with him personally, and his company generally. He was not afraid to EARN a loyal customer, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
We were recommended to Battery Giant for some issues we were having with our kids mini electroc dirt bikes. Not only are they extremely efficient but he is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any battery needs to anyone.
We were restoring a old car for my son and had a very hard time locating the battery I needed so we decided to try Battery Giant, the owner Dave was very helpful, not only did they have it in stock, he even carried the battery out to my car for me. I also had my lap top battery replaced and they had to order it for me and it was a very fast turn around. I live in Ahwatukee which is quite far from this place and will be willing to drive over to Gilbert any time I need batteries, I highly recommend!
