Braxton is an absolute gem! Today we laid my nephew to rest and he truly helped my family through the entire process. His compassion and professionalism meant so much. He listened and honored my nephew in a beautiful way that I am forever grateful for. I would highly recommend him and the staff at Ledford Funeral Home.
They did a very excellent job. Their process was very quick and efficient. They make sure to answer all the questions you may come across and take your calls I'm beyond grateful with Mr. Ledford and his team. 15 days after my father's passing he was back in his country peacefully. Mr. Ledford was very kind and understanding... always making sure we had updates. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. They have made this difficult time more easier for our family. I 100% recommend them.
Ledford Funeral Home arranged everything for my brother with compassion and care. You are truly a credit to your profession. From the beginning, we never had to worry about anything getting done. You were always steps ahead and just a call away when we had any questions. Ledford Funeral Home helped us celebrate what was special and unique about our beloved family member.
We called the Funeral Home and spoke with Braxton. He helped us coordinate the funeral with the clergy, our extended family members, the service and transporting my brother back home to a different country. We are very thankful for his help, he truley cared and was professional as the process was smooth and we had no issues. Braxton always answered our calls, responded to texts and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Ledford and Braxton, they are a great team and our family still talks about the service and how well it was handled. Thank you Braxton!
If I could give them 100 stars I would!!!! Braxton, was great! The over all professionalism and customer service they provided us in our time of sorrow was phenomenal!
Lost my dad & brother, both vets, 2 years apart & all I can say is as hard as it is losing a loved one, working with Ledford was a heavenly experience every step of the way and me and my family are forever grateful. my cousin who died suddenly was unrecognizable . service not as good as other funeral homes in Trenton i will not name. not reccomended
