I have used Leduc for a decade and have experienced nothing but mutual cooperation, adaptability, reliability and professionalism. Roughly 100 ski trips with them and I can NEVER recall them being late on me and they have never cancelled or done anything sketchy. Not sure what some of these other commenters are talking about. When I send a message it is answered usually within an hour or 2 and their drivers are simply amongst the best I've ever worked with and they are my company again for my ski team this winter too!.
From the equipment, to the drivers, this company is A+. I was very impressed with the uniformity of the driver appearance, high level of customer service and amazing driving. We had a 4 bus charter to Toronto, in freezing rain and high winds. Our driver's maintained an amazingly safe ride the entire way. The driver of our bus never once made us feel unsafe, unwelcome, or concerned that our trip was in peril. This company has been around as long as they have been for a reason, their commitment to perfection. Can't wait to book them again!
Leduc has been around for a while. Owner's down to earth and has been providing great transport services to the locals for many years.
Leduc Bus Lines offers commuter service and charter buses. We had reserved a bus one year in advance of needing it and required a bus for an entire day to do sight-seeing and to shuttle guests back and forth between Rockland and Cumberland. In short, the driver was great, but the Leduc administration left something to be desired. They were late by 3 or 4 days! in answering emails on more than one occasion and they could not provide a driver name more than a few hours before the start of the engagement. We could not review our itinerary with a driver who knows the route so no plans for parking, traffic, etc.. More worryingly, we were not contacted, nor was a contact # provided on the day before or on the day of the event. We couldn't even tell if a driver was going to show up. To summarize, the Leduc administration is pretty lackadaisical about helping you to organize your trip, and even though the driver turned out to be an extremely pleasant fellow, We would not recommend Leduc to other customers.
Absolutely horrible service! Buses come 5-6 mins before their time, I learned that by missing them a couple of times! Drivers don't tell their passengers that the schedules are changing how are new passengers/bus users supposed to know to check the website?! I was left at slater Kent with no way to get home because they changed the schedule without notice! The bus drivers are very rude, to be fair not all, but most of them. They run out of bus passes and the driver makes you look bad in front everyone on the bus. I think we pay wayyyy too much money to be dealing with this kind of terrible service!
We arrived at the light laurier / caron, the bus driver drove far in the middle of the intersection towards us. We were not even arrived at the white line and he got face to face with us so close I was scared he would hit us and he kept going like a big bully giving us no choice but to back up.
Great team, great Service and very Hard Working company
Honest professional company. Highly recommend them.
Overpriced and inconsistent with their schedule if they ever show up at all
