Went at 2:15pm on a Friday to find the place closed despite hours listed as open. Was someone out to lunch? Have the hours changed because of staffing? Apparently USPS doesn't want to bother to let anyone know. Don't trust the posted business hours
Closed I'm assuming for lunch, supposed to return at 230 as per the sign, it's now 30mins later and they still aren't open.. And there's no number I can call for this location.
Very rude and they don’t try to help you
The postal worker delivered my mail/W2 to another address on my street. My personal information was exposed/ identity this woman I am a very private person.The woman told me I held your mail because you were not at home she held it overnight.Now mind you this woman has never spoken to me a day in her life since I have been living here. Even if she was trying to be neighborly she tried to open it which was wrong. I went to her and said do you have anymore mail she got smart then I asked her did you open it? She got irritated about that! Whoever this postal worker is he or her got a whole bunch of stuff started do your job this is a government job I don't take it lightly! Look at the mail make sure mail is going where it should be going flat out! My mail is being crushed down in my mailbox! Now this woman has a problem with me which is crazy when she had my property/ mail but it wouldn't have come to this if the mail carrier would have did their job properly and sufficient! My identity has been stolen before so this is a sensitive matter and serious! Please do your job to work for the United States Postal Office should be an honor and privilege!!!!!!
This location is truly understaffed. At lunch time, they completely shut down and put a closed sign on the door! Sadly, I've seen several senior citizens who walked there because they don't have cars. They were very angry to learn they'd have to wait an hour or walk back home and come back again later. Even when it isn't lunchtime, they struggle to keep the lines down. I still gave 3 stars because I'm going to assume that the post office is facing budget problems and would do better if they could.
Much more friendly and efficient than the Shaker PO--although Shaker's just horribly understaffed and it may not be the employees' fault. Anyway, if you live in Shaker and are sick of long lines at Warrensville, try this location. Wish I could've gotten my PO Box at this location but with my zip code I was stuck using Warrensville for that.
The two women who who man the front desk are extremely rude. One lady asked if they have tape, the lady was eating her lunch at the front desk and looked at the customer and said “ honey you see that camera?” “ we can’t even offer you advise. It was piss POOR customer service. She could have answered in a more professional way and NOT be eating at the front desk. This place is horrible. I also turned in a change of address form signed by my Mother April 3 or 4th it temporary. I returned from California and go to Moms house and a box of coffee along with mail is in mail box. Then I go see Mom at rehab center and she’s getting some mail there where it should be delivered until she discontinues and goes home. The Postmaster General needs to hold all employees accountable, they’ve definitely become complacent in the performance of their jobs.
They've held my package for 3 days without delivery and waited until Saturday to send it out to my job for delivery, whi h is not even open on the weekends. Now i have to wait another f,ing week for my belongings that should have been delivered a week ago. This is why i don't order online, mail out letters or my bills because of stupid businesses with terrible service.
This is quite possibly the worst USPS hub in the USA, I have had 7 lost packages from Amazon in a month from this hub. If I order an item from Amazon it just says "USPS Awaiting Item CLEVELAND, OH 44128" forever and never updates. Amazon always has to issue a full refund to me when this happens.
They're supposed to be open from 9 to 5. I was here Tuesday at 4:45pm and they were locked up tight. Got here Wednesday morning at 8:45am - it's 9:15... 9:30. .and there's still nobody here. As it turns out, this PO was merged with the Warren one so there's no need to go to this one any more. NO CARRIERS are sent out from here - there is no mail here to be picked up! You can still send things, but just not receive things here
