Lee Healthcare

Lee Healthcare is a horrible Nursing home across from Laurel Lake in Lee, Massachusetts. This Nursing home is severely understaffed and unsafe. From our experience while our mother was their, until we recently moved her residents were neglected and received very poor care. The conditions are also very unsafe and unsanitary. The Executive Director and also the Director of Nursing are well aware of what is happening in that building and even after many, many meetings with both of them no action was taken to improve the living conditions there. The State should come in and close the building down.

Wonderful staff loving and caring .all nursing homes aren't over staffed. This place takes pride in the care they give .Awesome team work. CNA's,lpn's,rn's they work together amazing people.really amazing. My aunt was here she was sad to leave.. the staff went above and beyond.the d.o.n, a.d.o.n , along with the executive director . Make sure they are there for you for any questions..common people what nursing home is over staffed. Love you guys keep up the great work

Laurel Lake Health and Rehab did an amazing job with my aunt. Her base line of ability incresed tirfold during her stay in the rehab department. Prior to her rehabilitation she was falling and needed 24 hour care. Laurel Lake Rehab and OT provided her with the strength and knowledge to live more independantly.

No longer under Kindred, and are in the process of closing a unit that served a hard-to-place population. I believe THAT fact is all about the "bottom line". Can't have a neurologically damaged population as they are too demanding, too much trouble and a drain on your staff. Shame on you.

Not a happy experience. My Mom was heavily medicated the whole time there. Transferred about 2 months ago
