I can’t say enough good things about these amazing ladies! I had ordered my hat online & arranged for hotel delivery. When we arrived I picked up the box with my name. Upon opening the box I discovered it was empty!! This was about 8pm Thursday evening. I immediately texted Rachel. She remade the hat for me & delivered it to the hotel about 11pm! On Friday myself & the two other ladies in our group headed to their pop-up shop at a nearby hotel as they hadn’t gotten hats yet for the Kentucky Derby. Not only did they get their hats, they customized them on the spot! No matter what the occasion I highly recommend The Hat Girls!!!
Customer service was wonderful. I received quick correspondence each time I reached out and they provided me with several different options when I sent a photo of my dress. The fascinator itself was beautifully crafted, very comfortable to wear, and packaged well. I wanted to wear it every day leading up to Derby and am now looking for excuses to wear again. Will definitely purchase from The Hat Girls again.
My daughter attended her first Kentucky Derby this year. She found the perfect “Ashley Lauren” dress but needed a specific color hat to go along with it. We didn’t have to search long. Coming across “The Hat Girls” website we found the perfect fascinator to put the exclamation mark on her look! No hassle ordering and it was delivered in two days. I received a last minute invite to the Kentucky Derby and needed a couple of hats fast. I learned about The Hat Girls through a Facebook search. This was my first year at the Derby and the ladies from The Hat Girls spent several hours via text helping me choose the perfect hat to compliment my outfits and hairstyle. They were professional and very responsive. Once I found the hats, they provided free shipping to my hotel room. Definitely my go to for hats moving forward!

The HAT GIRLS are AMAZING! We had the best experience buying our hats for the Kentucky Derby here. The customer service is amazing because the owners are the ones you actually talk to. Rachel helpes me figure out the best half for my outfit, and then I went and saw them at their pop-up, and we bought more once we were there. They were still making hats! You will love your hat as I love mine! These gals know what they are doing and my hat was just what I wanted! Kate and Rachel were professional and knowledgeable, yet I felt I had known them forever! They matched my dresses perfectly! My hat was delivered to my hotel right when I checked in and packaged so beautifully! If you need a hat for the Kentucky Derby, Rachel and Kate are your girls!!! I ordered a custom hat from them for my first Kentucky Derby and they were nothing but exceptional. They took my likes/dislikes and an image of my dress to create a perfect hat to complete my outfit. They are super quick to respond and as sweet as ever! All of their hats are absolutely beautiful and you can truly tell these girls love what they do! I definitely recommend The Hat Girls!!
