Our mission at Legacy is to empower our patients to lead a better life by providing healthcare services regardless of the ability to pay. We provide Adult Primary Care, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology & Maternity, and Behavioral Health Services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most private insurance plans. A sliding fee scale is also available for all services.
