My mother has Alzheimer's but still very alert and aware. She seems to be very happy with Legend Oaks Northwest and the staff is fabulous. They love her and she loves them. Genuinely. I have always had great experiences when I visit. The administrative staff is professional yet very friendly and easy to work with while the nurses are totally attentive and wonderful to work with as well. The rest of the staff is so friendly, knows my name and always has a smile. I highly recommend this facility and its people.
Great experience with Legend Oaks! Not only did they do a great job with physical therapy for my elderly parents, but took wonderful care of my son after his car accident. The director is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I’ve had a positive experience with everyone on the team.
Would NOT recommend this rehab to ANYONE. I had a family member who is 100% handicap with quite a bit of health issues stay here for after care from a surgery. The care he received from them was horrible. They did not take care of his health like THEY ARE SUPPOSE TOO. He is now back in the hospital and sicker than ever due to the care takers not doing what they are certified to do. On top of not providIng the care most of us trust They would do. The rehab it self is DISGUSTING. Dried up blood on the floors, broken beds, infested with bugs and much more. They would NOT pass the health requirements if they tried. Do not trust this place to take care of your loved ones. They are being ignored and mistreated.
My husband is a resident at Legend Oaks. He was previously at 2 other facilities which he did not care for nor did I. At Legend Oaks, he is more active! He participates in bingo and dominoes and has several "buddies". I feel more comfortable in knowing he is happy at Legend Oaks.
This is the best facility. They have done wonders for my brother. The PT and staff are fantastic. The social worker is great and informative 5 stars for sure. always is there to help and answer questions foe the family.
It was bought to my attention! that the staff were very mean and not keeping the residents there clean and are talking very ugly and to the patient...there and the nursing staff are very unprofessional.. and I will be making a call to the administration office on Monday because this has to stop this cannot keep going on... my brother is a patient there and the people of color are the ones treating him very badly... if nothing is done I will be making a call to someone of higher authority that has something to do with the state!
Grandmother was transferred here for rehab they placed her in a room with no phone, no call light to push to ask for help or anything. She had to get up on her own and transfer self. Pulled her out the next day. Dont let their pictures fool you The pictures of this place are nothing like what it really looks like inside.
My mother was a long term resident in Hall 100 and she lived there for four and a half years. The nurse practitioner and the nurses in that hall are very knowledgeable and always kept me informed. The nurse assistants in that hall are very caring and bonded with my mother. My mother was treated with dignity and respect during her time there in Hall 100.
Moved my mother from another facility for easier accessibility due to distance The staff at Legend Oaks made the move seamless and professionally handled! Excellence began with the marketer T., business office J., director S., admissions D., nursing H. and a gracious receptionist S. greeting you at the front door! They treat people courteously, with respect, and welcome your family to their facility!
My dad was here for short term care and the staffs were professional. When I came in for a tour, the social worker Mei was very nice and helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. I decided to choose this facility after talking to her. The admission officer Linda is also very considerate. My dad had good physical therapy with Alex and improves a lot within short time. Their shower service is great, the nurses are very professional, Salute to those CNA who are working hard to take cared so many patients. I was there helping with my dad and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would also love and care their senior family members
