Checked it out not so great honest opinion here  5 stars are or were members at the time of the review.  The coaches yell plus  There is a  female trainer who was kinda strange and gives a strange vipe like get out GOODBYE

Jarrod the owner supports and coaches known dog abuser Robert Nolette search it up has multiple charges. Bet your a great guy… if your down with abusing animals this is your gym ! Asked him why he supports Rob and jarrod just replied saying he will split my head open.

I would rate this place higher but they stole money from me. The training was fine but Jared “accidentally” charged membership fees to my credit card for two months after I cancelled. He had “issues” getting it back and has still yet to pay me back the money he promised. Dozens of excuses, phone calls, and texts. It’s been 5 months. I’m not getting my money back.  I can’t, in good conscience, rate this place any higher than 1 star because they have sketchy business practices. Steer away from this gym and certainly do not give them your credit card information.

Great place to learn self defense ran by great instructors and staff if you're looking for a place to go in rhode island this is it.

It a good gym to learn how to defend yourself and can change your life around make you do better  decisions in life and good people everybody in the gym is like family helping each other to reach are goals in life
