I am just a new renter, however, the staff here at The Preserve have been wonderful! Kind, considerate, and very helpful! I have personally never rented an apartment before, so I was very nervous going into this process and getting started but the staff here have been absolutely amazing. They have kept me updated, reminded, and on top of my game. Shanice, Amber, Thomas and Herschel have all been so incredible and amazing throughout this process and I highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking to rent! Pet friendly, community based, and a cozy home to come home to is what The Preserve can, and will, provide for anyone!  I am personally very excited and happy to continue my renting here at The Preserve, and I am incredibly lucky to based in such an amazing place! 10/10, would recommend for everyone!

It brings me no joy to write bad reviews. It is hard to put into words how disorganized the management / leasing team here is. To the point where I genuinely don't know how this place runs. I have never had a worse experience renting anywhere. I was verbally promised by Amber of the management team that the property would quote: "make it right" after a pipe burst in my wall while I was away on business. Whole inch of water just standing in my apartment for weeks. Well and fine, things happen, only no one bothered to call, send an email, nothing. I returned to find my home a construction zone with chunks of drywall missing and my belongings strewn about the apartment. I thought it had been robbed. Panicked, I went to Amber of the management team. I asked, amazed, how I the tenant was not notified of any of this. She smiled, and assured me that Olympus was "different" and not to worry. Complete fiction. Nothing was made right. No one reached out even when I did. Leasing staff seemed completely over it. Just awful. Do not trust these people unless they are your very last option. Abandon all hope should you have a problem while living here. Avoid at all costs.

We appreciated the helpful staff when touring the property. Very nice and welcoming. The facilities are wonderful. The units are spacious and well laid out. Family friendly neighborhood. We are loving our new home.

Beautiful apartments, very insulated and great maintenance! Furthermore, when I had to unexpectedly break my lease in 2021 they were nothing but compassionate towards my situation. I'm moving back this December and couldn't be more excited!

I've been living here for almost 2 years. The new management has been cleaning up the mess of the last and have gotten things running a lot smoother. The community is awesome and great if you have pets! Your furry friend will make a lot of friends around the complex!

It’s been three years so hopefully things have changed but this was the worst place I’ve ever lived. 2 illegal entries one almost eviction  they came into remove our furniture but we had proof of payment, they apologized  they are very unorganized in the office. Tried to charge multiple times for pet deposit, make sure you keep all receipts.

Management changed during my arrangements for an apartment and there was some mixups, but Shanice worked it all out for me and I got  a lovely apartment on the west side of the complex.  Maintenance has been very responsive to my work requests.  Thomas and Herschel are great guys.   The posted reviews of the Preserve go back many years and I don't know how many management groups.  The current management, Olympus since spring 2022, has worked hard to get the buildings painted, the grounds have been mowed and watered regularly, and they are very dog friendly.   I believe staff is doing great in getting this property "up to snuff." My only issue after living here three months is parking, which is a design flaw by the builders.    I feel bad when I take a parking space in front of another building.  I'm not looking forward to the inevitable troubles when snow and ice come into play. All in all, I recommend The Preserve.

Working with Amber the property manager is easy, convenient, and enjoyable. The maintenance staff is fast to address any concerns that come up. Jerry the maintenance man is very kind and compassionate, he saved my Christmas party this year by getting an electrician out on Christmas eve. The new owners of the property are working to update paint and trim on all of the units, and they very easy to work with. I love my apartment and I love living at the Preserve.

Shanice was amazing when my significant other and I were looking for new apartments. She made the move in process easy and she explained everything so well! 10/10 would recommend to other couples/families/or people living by themselves. If you are interested in moving in ask for Shanice she will take care of you!

Shanice Nicholas was our contact person at The Preserve.  She is always upbeat and a pleasure to consult with.  She made the process effortless.  Any questions were quickly answered and clarified.
