Amazing customer service! Friendly staff greeted me at the entrance and assisted me with big purchase. I was helped with bottles of wine all the way to my car. Will definitely come back.
Contrary to other reviews, the staff here are the friendliest Ive encountered. However the isles are narrow and the selection is not that great... though they make do with the size of the store I guess.
Rude cashier/owner mentioned in other reviews should consider changing his attitude if he wants to stay in business. Very poor customer service. Never going back, as there are better choices nearby.
Not a great selection of anything. No 24 packs of beer. Oh and the prices are WAY TOO HIGH! Like $5 more per 12 pack of Coors banquet, yea... crazy. They also dont offer rewards. I'd sooner go to the BCL for WAY better prices and better selection. Also it's pretty dingy in there. The only plus is that it's beside a grocery store so you can get your booze and food in the same parking lot, or I would have rated it a 1*
Rick and Benny are my favourites at this store. Solid recommendations and conversations. I'm not expecting a selection as wide as other government owned locations but convenience and friendly atmosphere takes the top spot.
super rude staff, got a lecture from a staff when i was trying to ask him a simple question
usually have great service, but the other day was the worst experience ever! will never go back to this store due to the rude male staff member that was extremely offensive.
Went in today like I do every other day for some beer. The guy at the front scanned 1 of my 2 i.ds and it wouldn't scan the other one did. He then stated that the pictures in both of my i.d's looked nothing like each other, and abruptly said "you know what?, i'm not gonna serve you". Still a bit confused with this interaction. edit: just went in again with 3 i.ds and the guy rejected me again. Pretty clear he is on a power trip. Bad for business!!
