11/18 around 6 PM you have 2 male staff working the front till. Neither said hello as I walked in, probably because they were so deep in their conversation. Brought my can to the front, still no hello/eye contact or anything. Didn't even skip a beat telling his very important story to the fellow staff member. I get hit with a "4.10", and then continues his story. Literally acted like I wasn't even a customer, as if I was a bother. I cannot believe you've hired these two people. Do you have any clue how bad that makes your business look? There's another liquor store basically right across the street with better service and cheaper prices. I've already posted a review here about a bad experience or 2 at this store and the service. I'm not sure I'll ever support this store again.
Will never visit this store again due to this disrespectful employee. Go across the street to Queens liquor, never a problem and happy to help you.
Fantastic service and selection. Didn't know what to buy for a friend's birthday, and the staff member made a fantastic recommendation within my budget that was a big hit! Store is very clean and has a variety of options. Highly recommend.
I see a lot of reviews here saying the prices are higher than others and the owner keeps defending it by saying its because those are BCLS stores. No...they're not. I was at another beer and wine earlier and they were way cheaper. This has got to be the highest priced beer and wine I've been to. Edit: I literally said they're not bc liquor store prices I'm comparing them to. The priced here are MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER PRIVATE OWNED BEER AND WINE STORES. Unless of course something is on sale.
$26 for a 4 pack of craft tallboys. You read that right, TWENTY SIX DOLLARS. Are they gone mad?
Friendly staff, great selection and good deals on their monthly specials.
Has parking. Prices are going up more and more. For the cold stuff don't bother they are usually warm. The lady manager isn't very nice she is rude. The guy who works there is friendly. They have bags which are the cheap paper bags that will most likely rip from the beer or bottle you are buying.
I tapped to pay for a 2-4 of Corona bottles, only look to look at the receipt afterward and realized that I was charged $68.95. I’m pretty sure this was also the “on sale” price because I remember seeing a sale tag. I can find a case of 28 corona bottles on the BCLS website for $9 less. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a good selection of items, but the cost for some items can clearly be a little overpriced.
Everything here is $2-$3 more then any other liquor store. On top of that don't plan on getting anything cold here. I would say it's about 5 degrees warmer then any other liquor store. You would think with the over charging they would put that in the cooling system. There is another liquor store just 3 blocks away that is cheaper and colder.
The prices keep increasing more and more at this place, does not follow market value. The sale price on the tag does not mean you get the sale price at the register. You get full price u less you call them out. Didn't notice until in my car previously, and not driving back for the $9. Done with this place. Goto the JRG liquor store 60 seconds away.
