Don’t ever use this car wash. It will rip your windshield wipers off. They post a warning about it before you go in just for that reason. Cancel the subscription for 3 vehicles after replacing $30 with of wipers. Great Job WhiteWater!

Very easy process to pay and go through the wash! The only issues were the vacuum. They had very low suction and I had to go over some areas multiple times before all the dirt was removed.

I don’t know what Charles Guyden is talking about. But don’t pay any attention to what this loon is talking about. Clearly, his biggest problem in his life are some specks of dirt, sad life to live if you ask me. Ty always makes time to talk to me respectfully and deal with my problems in a respectful manner. Same for all other employees. Great job, getting those cars clean during these hot days! Don’t let fools living a sad life like Charles over here get you down, you guys are doing great!

I mean, it's not awful, but I can't say that I feel like I got an $18 car wash.  Nothing looks waxy, nothing looks "extra" and there's a whole lot of dirt still left all over.  Most of the back was hardly even cleaned.  If this was a basic no frills wash for under $10 this might be less of a complaint, but this does not equate to top tier $18 "all the things" wash and I feel completely disappointed.

I love always having a clean car, and it's super easy with a subscription to this car wash. And super affordable.

Horrible company! Ty horrible attitude didn't care about the dirt not coming off didn't care to hear about the problem!! His only concern was was getting back in the bay and using the brush to wash the front of your car off no soap really on your car!!  Honestly a lot of turn overs the others!! Was great they fixed your problem not tell you they didn't care

Nice customer service, but the car comes out of the car wash as if a had purchased a car wash from an  elementary student fundraiser. I had to wipe the car down with the towels they supply. However, they keep everything tidy.

First time using this car wash.. Paid for mid grade wash. Car still had quite a bit of dirt on it. The dryers did get most of the water dried off.  I had brought towels to dry off any water as to jot leave spits, but didn't need to use them as they do provide them for you free of charge. Nice that they are black ones and so was my car. They even had free air fresheners for your car, along with your free vacuum. Had their not been the numerous dirt spots left on my vehicle, I would have given 5

Only go if the car wash is already running because it was off when i went and they turned it on when i drove thru and every indivudial part turned on when my car was halfway through it so it only cleaned and dried the back half of my car and the front have was even dirty than when i came in with dry soap and everything on it and having the dry brushes rub against the front of my car easily couldve scratched it

Every selection is exactly the same wash.  Paid for the $18 one this time just to compare to the basic wash that I typically get. Same subpar brush job by the guys on the way in. They just do one pass with the brush which is only enough to lay soap on it and I'm sure it wasn't full coverage by how rushed it was done. The $18 selection is supposed to include a wax, windshield rain repellant, tire shine and a bunch of other gimmicks, along with 3 day rain guarantee upon proof of purchase via receipt. The machine said that a receipt couldn't be printed at this time so that may have just been a temporary rip off. I don't believe that was intentional. The wash took approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute from the time the guys started scrubbing till I received the green light to exit which is the same time as basic so there's absolutely no way I received all the extras. Complete rip off unless you pay for the basic. The outside of the truck was clean but there is definitely no wax and absolutely no tire shine. DONT PAY FOR ANYTHING BUT BASIC or you will feel ripped off. Proof of no tire shine in photo included. They are still a little damp as I had just pulled out of the wash photos were taken in parking lot as I got out to unfold mirrors but you can already see the dull dry tire wall starting to reappear.
