I am so happy with Lehrer's Flowers! I was able to get flowers delivered locally just a couple hours after placing the order online. My mother in law had done a huge favor for me the night before and I needed to show my appreciation immediately.  Not only was the website easy to use, but the delivery was free, and once the arrangement was assembled I got a picture of it. Why can't everyone do this? Highly recommend!

I’ve purchased mother days flowers from Lehrer’s for the past 2-3 years and myself and the recipients always love them! However, this year there were some minor problems. When it came to my payment, an employee notified me that my card was declining but when I looked at my transactions on the card, I had already been charged for my orders. Not sure what happened on their end there. Lastly, after I placed my order I needed to change the statement on the message card. The employee on the phone was very nice and even sent me a confirmation email with the changed message. However, when the recipient received the flowers the message card was not updated. Aside from those two minor problems, Lehrer’s is the place to go! UPDATE: I finally have the chance to sit down and update my review. Wow, Lehrer’s customer service is on point! Less than an hour after posting my original review Lehrer’s contacted me and explained why the issues with my orders occurred, apologized, took accountability and also gave store credit! Amazing flowers and customer service.

I received a flower arrangement from my grandson for Mother's Day. I was not happy with the arrangement, the flowers were old, bruised and falling apart. I emailed Lehrer's customer service with my concerns as well as photos. Jeanette responded to my complaint and within 2 days I had a beautiful, fresh arrangement that I'm very happy with. The customer service was great and both delivery people were very nice. This is what Denver has come to expect from Lehrer's over  many years.

Lehrer's was a God send this week in preparing beautiful flowers for a funeral service.  They took my order for three arrangements on the afternoon before the funeral with kindness and provided assurance they could take care of us. They also accepted my request for a some customization without hesitation.  It was very professional.  They delivered the flowers to the church early which provided extra piece of mind. I also purchased some loose flowers to prepare several other arrangements on my own.  Their selection of flowers is better than any I've seen in Denver.  I will definitely be back soon.  Photos: The three arrangements are the casket spray and the two arrangements on the columns.  The three on the altar table are the ones I prepared from the loose flowers I purchased.

I had a last minute order that I needed to pick up early this morning for my teacher and I was not expecting something so perfect . Norma’s perfection on the arrangement was beautiful and I wanted to cry. My teacher definitely loved them and it brought tears to her eyes. I’ll forever get my flowers from here due to the fact they make me feel welcomed everytime I go in.

**UPDATE: CHANGING MY 1 STAR TO A 4* I was contacted within minutes after leaving my subpar review. They made it right by sending her a beautiful replacement arrangement right away.  Thank you!  Customer service 5   Sent flowers to my mother for her birthday on Friday and half of the arrangement was dead by Sunday! We trimmed the ends and gave fresh water, but it did not make a difference. This has been something I do every year for her and we have never had this happen. Very disappointed in the quality this time around.

Would NEVER order from again. Unbelievably bad customer service. Didn’t deliver flowers; didn’t call me to let me know not delivered or ask for room number; didn’t call recipient either.  When I called to ask why not delivered, honestly they didn’t care.   Why would you have that kind of attitude and philosophy in a customer facing business?  I would give negative stars to this business.  Very poorly done Lehrer’s.

I honestly have no words for what a joke this is. The first picture is the bouquet my mother ordered for my birthday. What's on the counter is what we received. When she called Lehrer's they told her it was "designers choice" and not their problem. The women on the phone even said we should be more grateful because it's not like we were charged a delivery fee. Seriously?! My mom doesn't have a lot of money and wanted to do something nice for my birthday. She knows sunflowers are my favorite and that's why she went with the bouquet in the picture. The total came out to $77.55. Not only is there not a single sunflower on what we received, but it's mostly carnations and cheap filler. Not even close to being an almost $80 bouquet. I rarely leave negative reviews but I couldn't be more disgusted with how my mother was treated. You are a whole new level of scum to rip off an elderly woman like this.
