Excellent customer service. While browsing i was asked twice if i needed any help finding anything. The staff were really helpful in providing own experiences. Useful pictures in the store simply explain how to install wiring or plumbing.
Very expensive. Nice working people though. They should strive to be more competitive. It's a missed opportunity to attract customers with fair prices when you are not one of the largest chains out there. A few examples: utility knife plastic for $17, moving blankets at $41. I saw moving blankets at Home Depot for $26, and that was expensive.
The store associates are usually very helpful! I had someone spend time helping me pick out all I needed to stain my deck as a novice. I love that everything is arranged in sections that are easily accessible. I come here for all my hardware needs to be honest!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of hardware items, paint/ supplies and other items for home repairs and renos. Did not need lumber but appears they have a great selection .
Very clean, but the fact that I can't just get simple nails and hooks, but had to buy a bunch of different packages...that came to $52 for me to hand my client's photo frames on the wall...I was appalled! I went to Dollarama and got the hooks and nails. Coat me $3! Returning it all to them
Hands down best customer service I have ever recieved in a hardware store. The employees at multiple sections were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They went put of their way to ensure good customer service. So happy with my experience today. Will definitely be a loyal customer.
My first time at this location and it won't be my last. Staff were very helpful in pointing out where the item was I was looking for and even helped pick it up and put it in my cart because it was heavy. That was very appreciated.
This is what Findlay creek needed, they always have what I’m looking for. The new remodel is probably one of the best things they could have done, highly recommend trying this place before going to HomeDepot in town
