Valerie provided outstanding customer service. The tools were perfectly packed in reused packaging which is amazing, and they are just as described. They also shipped with stupendous speed.

Came in to grab a few items and could not find a parking spot in the massive parking lot given to the business and had to park away from the building leading to a 3 minute walk to reach the door. Normally, this would not be an issue. However, once inside, there were approximately 6 customers browsing the aisles and 4 associates on the floor. No reason for the lack of parking found within the business. Poor planning Mr. Len you should probably figure that out

Best experience I’ve ever had at an Ace. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. Len in the paint section is phenomenal. I wish I met him sooner. He saved me a bunch of money. I was going to buy some tools that I thought I needed but turns out I did not. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed by the gentleman name? who gave me info today about Ace Rentals... Aerator, etc so polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had so many questions for him... great!

We’ve been shopping there for the past +6 years and everything was more than fine until two days ago when we had the worst experience ever- one of the store’s managers, an older gentleman, treated us with sarcasm and disrespect. It felt like he had something against foreigners, probably our accent triggered him or something that we have no explanation for it. We ended up paying $50 for something he could not explain why it costs so much and, on top of that, we left the merchandise there because the whole situation was too offensive. He was loud, sarcastic and in a big hurry to get rid of us. Sorry for all the other nice employees we always encountered there but one single guy can ruin the whole experience some people can here at that store.

They have everything you need for your home or garage project...need a special bolt, nut or washer? NP! They have a whole section of the store dedicated to just hardware, they will almost always have exactly what your looking for. Maybe you have a dull pocket knife, no problem, they have a machine that all you have to do is insert your knife an press GO, and presto, razor sharp. They have it all.

I have been coming here for over a 2 decades! The people are always helpful. Never long lines and prices are fair. A shoutout to Mr B! My old 8th grade shop teacher :D

This is an incredible hardware store right off lake st and Addison road in Addison. Huge store with an enormous selection of all types of hardware, lawn and garden, and outdoor equipment. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Extended hours so you can get your projects started early or ended late. Do not pass this place up it is a fantastic establishment.

Every time I’m doing any type of home repair , lawn and outdoor maintenance including pool. They have everything that I need there. The staff is friendly and amazing. I also like the fact that they offer a military discount. Not all places do and only on some days. Lens Ace offers not only senior discounts but military ones daily. The prices are reasonable and I like the fact that you get coupons in the mail that are useful !
