I took my dog for grooming and dropped her off at 8am, she was immediately taken back which was great. They told us she’d be ready around noon so I called 2x with no answer to check on my pet due to not hearing anything. they finally answered at 2pm. When we asked if she was ready they said she was, I asked how long she had been ready for since I never got a call and the girl got an attitude with me saying “I don’t know but she’s ready.” So my pet could’ve been done for god knows how long. Her haircut and the rest of the staff was super nice I just wish I was notified or told any information other than “I don’t know”
We took both our pets there for years. However, our last family pet got sick, and I needed to get him attention immediately. I was told by staff they couldn't see him. I called another place close by. They said they were full, but please bring him by. When i arrived they took him back immediately. They recommended to take him to a hospital in Charlotte. I was very disappointed in Leslie Hospital. We used them for the care of our pets, boarding and grooming for years. When we get another pet, I will be taking them to Rivers Edge Animal Vet. Very disappointed after all the years of caring for my pets.
Prior experiences have been great. This time, my dog required surgery. I agreed to do it and received an estimate between a higher and lower cost. Came to pick up my dog a few hours later and the total was basically at the high point. I tried to ask the receptionist questions just to understand the charges and her initial response was.. it could have been higher. Major attitude, and told me I could sit down and wait for the dr. The dr came and talked to me and he couldn’t have been nicer. Took the time to answer my questions and apologize for the front desk. Very unfortunate how one person can create such a negative customer experience. There are tons of options around me, so I’m not sure if we’ll return.
They saved my dogs life years ago, and I have taken all my fur and feather babies there every since. Today I took Elvis to be looked over. He is our 20 pound rooster that was jumped by a young punk up and coming rooster. They were quick to help and Elvis got back to his girls as fast as possible.
Very professional and very polite. They took their time and we're not in any kind of. They also gave me a quote so I would know what it would cost before they began. Very much satisfied and when definitely definitely suggests a recommendation to go there. They also were very on time. They were very accommodating I come from an hour away there was a traffic issue and they let me come in 15 minutes late. Very pleased with this veterinarian say the least
I'm so thankful for the help I received when I took pistolas in and found out he had fluid around his heart. The medication is working so far. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a good animal dr. And great staff

These are THE NICEST people. Elaine at the front desk has been incredibly helpful with all my questions and requests for records. Dr Setzer was kind and patient and thorough with my dog's check up. And their facility is so nice inside. A+++ would recommend
Absolutely my favorite vet in Rock Hill, period. They are so friendly, and the prices are very affordable. Not to mention my puppy loves it there! Absolutely recommend Leslie Animal Hospital to anyone wanting to move to Rock Hill, or just looking for a new vet that are very friendly.
Always treated well by the vets and staff! Great place to trust your animals to!
