Employees were super welcoming in offer to help right away. The store was super clean in organize and also pretty well Stock!!
They have a rude employee someone came at the door sounds the alarm while entering the store and they saw it and didn’t act then after they buy items and paid it when the walk out the store and sound the alarm again they act and asked them to check the bag then asked them to walk out the store without the levis bag then the alarm sounds then they give the levis bag to the shopper outside the door and make them feel embarrassed. That’s the rudest thing I’ve ever seen they should fix there scanner and asked in a nicer way. They embrace shoppers giving them a impression as if they are shoplifter. Don’t want to go to levis tulare anymore they are rude. If i were those shoppers i will asked them to check there cctv and check it to throw the embarrassment at them.
One of the employees there was really rude I was looking for my size of jeans and she kept bumping into me. It was hard to browse the type of jeans when she kept fixing the items right next to me. I understand their job is to keep things organized but she did this the entire time I was in the women's section attempt to pick which pair I want to purchase I wouldn't recommend.
Nice store have good collection, sale could be better.
The store manager was very rude. They do not have any clearance section anymore. A lot of time is required to find a proper size in the T-shirt section.
I've always liked Levi's jeans, but the customer service experience I had today was extraordinary. When I entered the store around 3:30, the representative advised that she had more stock in the back she could check if I couldn't find the size I wanted. After I tried on a pair and came out empty handed, she steered me toward a different cut that I ended up liking better anyway. There was no pressure she mostly left me alone but she was aware of me and very helpful in both finding what I needed and helping me save money on my purchase. This, for me, was the perfect shopping experience.
Excellent service all around. Very helpful finding selections. Offered service with a smile. Employees walking around and not being idle. This embodies what service in a store should entail. Kudos to Management for providing excellent training. Very committed to the customer shopping experience.

Everyone in there is usually helpful and on mothers day jeans were $39.95 for 2 or more. Great deals I bought a sweater for $19.99 and got my 2nd item 50%off
Great selection of pants. They actually had a size I was looking for. Each employee wqs very helpful and knowledgeable. I will shop here again for sure.
